7-eleven

This is a 7-11. The cashiers are pleasant and helpful. It's a convenience store so the prices are based on the fact that you can get in and out quickly. I wouldn't shop here for weekly staples because of the prices but if you just need an item or two the convenience is worth it. They also have quick to-go foods at prices lower than some fast food prices. It's not gourmet but they claim a pizza can be ready in less than 4 minutes and they have a lot of to-go hot "junk" food like taquitos and hot dogs. Didn't try them but nice to know they are available at the store if I'm ever desperate.

The guy that works overnight is so scared of being robbed, he keeps the doors locked and he camps out in the back of the store. Tonight is the third time it took over30 mins of several cusromers knocking, honking and calling the srore to get his attention. However tonight was the first time the employee was so annoyed at the customers trying to get his attention, hewalked to the doors and just stared at everyone and still refused to open the doors.7 11,please replace employee with someone a little less scared of people and a whole lot less scared of the dark

we usually go here for slurpees. not today walked out. slurpees were not working also the guy behind register kept hitting a key on his register after I put my card in. his comment was ur cards denied. I couldn't believe it we tried three times and he kept hitting something on his key pad. I asked him to not touch his key pad he said no I will. I called my bank they saw 3 tried transactions at that store. they said u have money he was hitting key. my bank said if I was denied the screen on key pad would say ..... it did not.. we are going to find another place to go after my kids theropy. my son was so disappointed.

The older lady with short red hair has treated me and my wife horrible multiple times. I will not be back.The rest of the staff is great. What a shame! I spend alot of money there and she chased away a loyal customer to quik trip. I bet your bottom dollar im not the only one. GET RID OF THAT ONE, and ill be back.

This 7/11 is so trashy. It used to be good when Jay was the manager and it was always busy and fully stocked. Ever since they put it under new management it's been terrible. It's dirty. The staff is unfriendly. They have almost no hot food and what they do have is not fresh. And they do not keep it stocked at all. Last time I went there a couple weeks ago the selections were slim, but I figured they were about to re-stock. This time all the things they were out of last time were still gone plus a lot more other stuff was out of stock too. They barely had any hot food at the front, and no cold food in the back. Even the display by the register was empty. I wish they would close this place and we could have a QT or RaceTrac instead.

"Jay" was very rude. Tried to change the rules on using the drink app from the way every other employee at every other 7-11 (including this one) has ever done it. Also the bathroom is always out of order and the floors are always wet and sticky at this location. And the drink station is often out of syrup for the drinks we want. I usually put up with the disgusting atmosphere- I would never buy anything cooked here. It was convenient but this guy tonight pushed me over the edge. Terrible customer service!

Used to love going to this location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Until recently, I would buy full pizza's or tobacco products, even at off times of night. Tonight, about 3:20am, I found myself stopping by to pick up an 86 cent black&mild, the same price I've paid for the last 4-6 months. The older gentleman(that's the nice way of saying it), whom was at the counter tried to charge me double, for one. When I refused to buy it, saying that it was a rip-off, he decided to take the the side of hostility. He cursed at me, telling me to leave his f***ing store, or he'd call the police. I have never had any issue with the store, but this is the second issue I've had with this man. He had refused to turn on the ovens at night, not following their 24/7 pizza that they have posted on their window in the front. He is very rude and near impossible to work with from a customers point. Tonight was the final straw and corporate will be hearing of this man's disrespect to loyal customers.
