Pretty impressed with the menu selection of healthy items. The array of options is high. They also have indoor and outside seating. The burger was supposed to be the Impossible Burger (vegan) but neither the menu nor the person at the register could confirm this. Nonetheless, they did a very good job on the tasty vegan burger. The other option in the picture is the chicken wrap, which also was good. It's a crunchy vegetable bite with well seasoned chicken.

Therefore if Google suggests me then what am I to doubt Google infinite computing wisdom? My wife and I went to Dirt today for late lunch. Little crowd therefore no line and time to staff about menu to know which to order. We were impressed with environment, cleanness, and ambience. We ordered poke bowl, wrap, banana coffee shake, beer, and butter squash soup. The dishes are well decorated for Instagram picture showing. Taste and smell of food and drink are amazing. We got what we paid for, positively. Butter squash soup: not creamy, has thickness to melt in your mouth, not runny, and right amount of squash flavor. Poke bowl was delicious, colorful, well balanced of zesty and tangy, and filled my stomach. My wife likes the cabbage wrap and it was new to her to see cabbage as a wrap instead of flour. Come here and eat dirt which is very healthy 😁😁😆😃

The Impossible burger is amazing as well as the spring spaghetti squash Alfredo. I will always make it a point to eat here when I’m in town for work. Long lines on Saturday and saw people getting upset and leaving. Well to them I say your loss and everyone else’s gain. You missed out. This is well worth the wait for the quality of the food you are getting.

We decided to try this place because it’s relatively new and looks bright and clean. We ordered the lemongrass chicken sandwiches. The first bite made wonder why they called it lemongrass sandwich when there’s no hint—nada—of lemongrass. It tastes like salty hoisin sauce slathered onto the dark chicken meat as an afterthought to give the chicken some flavor. It’s not like the chicken was marinated in it either but was put on it in the process of making the sandwich. There were two distinct flavors in my sandwich: chicken and sauce. Another bite in the sandwich lead to the discovery of chunks of chicken fat in the dark meat which gave me a slight gag. The rest of the toppings didn’t hide or complement this unpleasant taste in my mouth. It would have better if they used chicken breast without the chicken fat. On a positive note, the sandwich came out in lightning speed and the chicken portion was generous.
