I was craving something sweet today so I thought I'd drop in and try this place out. All the cupcakes looked delicious and what we ordered tasted great. They're just a little expensive for my taste. $4 a cupcake is a lot of money. It won't be a place I frequent but I might spoil myself from time to time. I recommend this place if you love cupcakes.
My cousin spoke about how good the cupcakes were here and I recently saw some at her home for her birthday. We took a short trip from Ft Worth to Arlington to the location. It's a quaint and cute space. There was no wait upon entry. After looking at the cupcake options from carrot cake to lemon, to salted caramel, we chose red velvet and strawberry. I love the containers the cupcakes came in. Though not as many as the cupcake options, I like that there were also other food options such as cupcake in a jar, ice cream, and truffle bars. The cupcakes were a great size and were delicious! The frosting wasn't too sweet and not overpowering the cupcakes. The cupcakes were moist and fulfilling. They were also reasonably priced. I paid under $10 for both cupcakes. I would visit again and my next cupcake choice to try would be the salted caramel...or maybe the lemon...lol..or maybe both!
Had been sent a text saying that I could get 4 free cupcakes, but have to be there by 2 cause they were closing then. Granted got the text at 1140am and I was at work in fort worth. My idea, get the 4 and by more for coworkers. Long story short got there at 1pm and they were already closed. I wasn't the only person there and had the same idea. There was a note on the door to take a selfie with get 2 free cupcakes when you return. I went the next week cause I forgot and they honored the 4 free and the 2 free, so got a total of 6 free and bought more for coworkers. Leslie was very nice and understanding about honoring their promotion. My coworkers so enjoyed the cupcakes and thought I was the bees knees!! This is how you gain and retain customers. Be back...
We went in about 20 min prior to closing and there was still a decent selection of cupcakes to choose from. We selected 3. A chocolate peanut butter kind, a chocolate/vanilla one and a chocoholic. All were delicious. They were very moist! Even the next day after taking it out of the fridge! There is a LOT of frosting which made it top heavy. Light and fluffy and not overly sweet. I like these more than Nothing Bunt Cakes.. when I need some cake, we’ll be back. 👍👍
The cupcakes are very tasty. They have a nice assortment of flavors. They also have mini cupcakes.
