Pizza Hut

Customers BEWARE I ordered pizza for my kids and after an hour the pizza never came. I called and spoke to the manager Dallas and all she said was we don’t have drivers. The manager was very unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about my pizza that was already paid for or my kids. Don’t waste your time especially if your feeding kids.

They had already took my order and money and said they would deliver in about 40 minutes . To later just cancel my order because they had too many orders to deliver . Mind you i had already told him i would wait as long as i had to because i get the weathers bad & said I’m not in a rush i just want my order made and deliver by today when they can . I don’t understand why they couldnt make my order . Really seem like people who dont want to do the job they are at . I think they should have people that are more professional and mature because the manager adrian is not .

This place is a joke. Ordered a pizza for delivery for a family member in the hospital there. The first pizza hut I called stated they did not deliver to the address and sent me to this one. I called them and had to repeat address,phone number and order 4 THATS FOUR TIMES and they finally tell me will be 20 to 30 minutes. I call an hour later and they have the address wrong, state they will remove my charges and deliver to the correct address. Another hour passes and no delivery and no call. I call and ask for mgr who the tells me they can't deliver to that address but tried to call me I tell her to read me the number they called and of course it is wrong ! Do NOT expect anything worthwhile from this place.

I placed an online order at the Arlington location on Arkansas lane at 5:49 pm. I waited over an hour and the pizza was not delivered and no updates on the website. I called the store directly and gave my name and info, I was told the pizza was in the oven and would be on the way soon. I waited another 30 minutes then called again. I was told my order had been cancelled due to them trying to call me and me not responding. I had no missed calls at all. I asked why no one told me they needed information when I called 30 min earlier and was told to hold, then hung up on. I tried to call back and no one picked up. Horrible customer service and employees need more training.

I finally got the extra mushrooms that I really wanted. This is the first Pizza Hut location that actually got it right. All other locations barely give me any mushrooms when I ask for extra. And this location gave me the perfect extra mushroom amount that I always wanted, no barespots and most bites with double mushroom...absolutely perfect!!! ❤

I ordered a large, thin and crispy pizza. When I got it home, It had so much sauce on it that it would have been impossible for it to be crispy without totally burning it. There was no crispness to it except for the very edge of the crust. The sauce taste was very overwhelming and made it difficult to taste any of the toppings that were on it. And of course the pieces were very droopy when you picked them up, which meant the crust on the bottom was a doughy texture and taste. Guess I'll go back to Dominos. June 14, 2022 - Decided to try this place out again. Ordered The Edge Pizza with pep, mush and Italian sausage. Also an order of boneless chicken wings (my first taste ever of any boneless wings). The pizza was excellent, except you're not able to order a 1/2 and 1/2 online because there is no place to ask for this kind of special request. I did talk to a girl on the phone there and she said that it wouldn't be a problem to make it that way. Well...it didn't come as a half and half like she said it would be. But it was still very good. The boneless wings were not much bigger than nuggets, so to me it really wasn't worth the price, even if they weren't to bad. Good experience for the most part though. Probably will be back. I will raise the star rating to a 3 1/2. It may be temporary though. We'll see.
