If I could give a zero score, I would. Ordered for delivery on 1/28 and my order was never delivered. That night I called over and over again but no one answered. However, my card was still charged for an order I never received. No call from the store or the store manager. I called back when I could actually get someone on the phone and was promised a refund. A week later and still no refund for the $46.97 that was stolen. This is not my first experience with this store. Ordering extra sauces or breadsticks and not receiving them. And when they make a mistake they never attempt to make it right. I love Pizza Hut but I'm done with Pizza Hut and will order from Domino's from now on. At least I know I'll receive what I paid for. Buyer beware!!!

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. Ever. I thought I'd take a chance since they messed my order up before 2 times & gave me a credit to use...big mistake. The pizza is not even done all the way & they just threw so much sauce on it. This is supposed to be Detroit Style. It's actually Trashcan Style because that's where it's going. I will never order from here again. I will drive further out to another one.

Whatever you do do not buy pizza at this location it's been several months but I've bought pizza that was below par but I never complained until today today I received a pizza with hair wrapped under the topping and the picture seemed below I pulled it out and place it on top for view in purposes I called the store and asked for my pizza to be remade and deliver to be told that remakers can't be delivered I have to come to the store to pick them up even though I paid a delivery fee to receive a pizza with hair in it this is absurd I called and I asked to speak to a manager. The manager Jordan gets on and places me back on hold for 5 minutes just to say Hey I can make your pizza but who knows when you're gonna get it and by the time you do get it it's gonna be cold! At this point I just want a refund to then be asked for my entire debit card number you should have what's on file! If you can't make a pizza properly I definitely don't trust giving you my debit card information over the phone and to be treated in such manner I definitely don't have any trust that you wouldn't do anything scrupulous with my information.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza, breadsticks, and quepapas. Quepapas were missing and the pizza was raw, had to cook it in my own oven for it to be edible. Tried to call 3 times and was on hold for over 10 minutes, no one answered. Called the next day, person who answered was rude and put me on with the manager. The manager said “oh, we don’t have quepapas.” I said “oh…well I paid for them and no one told me that, so…?” He said “Let me see if they refunded you for them.” Put me on hold for like 2 minutes, then hung up on me :) I’m not a person who leaves bad reviews, I know that things happen and working in fast food sucks, but these people aren’t even trying. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else.
