I've had about enough with this Whataburger. For one the GM Andrew is the most unprofessional and rudest I have ever met. No one should ever talk to any customer the way he does. I mean really, I don't like talking or leaving bad reviews but my goodness. Secondly, they have gotten my order WRONG for the last time. It was cold, and the meat was undercooked. I just threw my order away. I can't.... It was disgusting.

Food was good but the employees were not very friendly. Stood at the counter while numerous employees walked by and never said a word while waiting to place an order. Finally someone decided to take my order.

I ordered online through the mobile app. I waited in line for about 5 minutes and decided I should go inside. I go inside and the girls have my burger ready and then tell me they don't have any fresh fries or onion rings so I'm going to drop you some... okay I'll wait for them...the girl getting my sweet tea says do you want ice ? A little bit please.. she says she's going to the other side to get me a fresh cup of sweet tea..so lets RECAP: They give me French fries and fresh onion rings with a smile and didn't give me any attitude. They got me a fresh cup of tea with little ice and NO attitude...That's what I call service!! It is the first and only time I've had that kind of service at Whataburger thank you so much girls y'all did an awesome job!!

The fries were not fresh. The burger was "thrown together ". Lettuce was falling outside the burger. There were big inedible pieces of lettuce. Not happy with this experience. The bun was BURNT.

If I could put zero stars I would we literally went up there told the girl a number one no onion no sauce add mustard and come to find out they only put mustard no lettuce no tomato then when we asked for ketchup she had attitude about it, and it wasn’t the cooks fault the lady working the cash register put it in as only mustard like are you kidding me no wonder why this restaurant has low reviews never will be back again honestly find new staff. I worked in fast food before for 4 years and it’s not that hard come on who wants to eat only meat and cheese and mustard….. exactly maybe take the time to listen when people are ordering not to mention this isn’t the first time.

Great pure beef burger. You could taste the natural ingredients in every bite. The fries are light. The place is super clean and the staff are strictly following the hygiene protocol. Whataburger!
