Wingstop

I waited 2-3 hours for them to forget my order twice. I ordered two 10 piece bone in wings with fries and a drink. They gave me half my order. I then came in just to wait another hour and a half just for them to mess up again. I came out with 6 total boneless wings. They need more cashiers. I don’t advise anyone to come here, unless you are desperate for wings.

This Wingstop is the absolute worst. I’m typically not one to leave reviews, but it’s ridiculous. An hour and a half per order. They put you on endless holds without first answering and asking you to please hold. If you order online they’ll take an additional 40 minutes or so. The employees aren’t the nicest and they take forever to even greet you. I will always drive an additional 10-15 minutes to order from another wing stop. It’s worth the drive. I hope management/ownership can get this place under control soon.

The absolute worst. So let me start by saying I can understand having to wait 30 minutes or so for our food. No biggie right bc we ordered online.. But we go to pick up our food and the fries were cold and so overcooked that they were hard and crunchy, and little to no seasoning on them. The wings were cold and soggy (when we specifically ordered them extra crispy), and they didn’t hardly have any seasoning on them either. And we ordered one extra drink and fry and it was like $25. I will never get wing stop again. Never.. That is absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered hickory barbecue and lemon pepper wings, 15 wings, large fries and 2 drinks; mixed with flats and drums. Asked for well done wings, they still were pink inside and not crispy at all. Ordered fries well done with regular seasoning; they were burned and too salty to eat. I called the store only to continously listen to that elevator music with no one evert picking up the phone. Wingstop have always been fresh, hot and cooked to perfection. This was a waste of money that I'm not willing to give to Wingstop!!! It's obvious that the owner and manager don't value their customers as the reviews are not responsive at the store or online. Spend your money where you're appreciated!!

Dissapointed! It almost took an hour after they said my food was going to be ready. Missing fries and veggies, called to let them know and they lind of blamed me for not checking bag...really? Why should I check and do what you are supposed to do? Manager was supposed to call me but ot never happened! Bag was dripping grease and wings were not crispy as I requested. I do not think they realize they are NOT the only wing place around!

Horrible service. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes upon arrival. This coincided with the timeframe provided online. After 20 minutes I asked how much longer it would be before my order would be ready. I was then told 15 minutes. There was no concern or sense of urgency displayed by the staff. They were unapologetic about the wait. Busy or not, there should be more attention given to customer service. This was my first time trying this location and I am highly disappointed. If you value your time, pass on this location.
