Was originally told it would take 5-10 minutes, ended up waiting thirty. The guy at the register didn’t take my name so they didn’t know who to give it to so they just stuck it in the warmer for 15 more minutes until I asked again when a lady who came in 10 minutes after me was served before I was. Hot n ready. Yeah right.

I really never go to Little Caesars to get pizza but tonight my family wanted and that's what we did when we went into the this location there was a worker who had a physical disability now me being in the field I was happy to see that he was working and he's doing this thing he needed a little help and he called for his manager and he came over there...didn't get the guy's name but he was the most caring manager for person with special needs to work with. All the workers were very pleasant...made me smile seeing what was going on.

Horrible I was in today at about 1pm. First the two girls were to busy carrying on talking, and to busy on their phones. They added someone’s else’s order to mine then canceled it quickly saying my card was declined. Then they got my simple order of Cheese sticks wrong and gave me garlic bread. Had the nerve to tell me I said the wrong item. Horrible customer service and would not recommend. I never leave reviews but this one I had to.

Today... Service slow, employees acted like didn't care to be there. Also employees eating black lives matter shirts, and other shirts that don't believe belong in the public workplace.

Awful experience. I placed an order on their app for my family's dinner & was charged, but when I arrived to the store the clerk said they don't have my order in their system. Would not refund me, nor give me my order, nor offer to comp my dinner . Basically, told me to call the app. Call the app?!? Really? Awful and super not helpful. I will not be returning.
