Wing Stop

I placed an order at 5:50, delivery set for 6:38. Called the store 21 time before they picked up at 7:02. For them to tell me that they have nothing to do with the deliveries from door dash. Even if they contract them to do their deliveries. The food was delivered at 7:09 all cold and wrong. Never order from here again.

This location repeatedly disappoints in service and food quality. Placed a $100 order several hours in advance and had to wait 30 minutes past the promised pickup time, then they shorted us 3 orders of fries. Staff was rude to us and other customers that were their when we tried to pickup. When we got the wings home, (we live only 1 mile from this location 3 minutes), wings were cold and dry with very little sauce. This is the last time this location will disappoint us!!! I will go out of my way to another location for wingstop. Attach pictures are buffalo wings with very little sauce, soo pathetic...cold and dry! Dont waste your money at this specific wingstop location!!!

if we could rate this a Zero. Start i would rate it. I order lunch from this place including 2 of my co-workers. Going out for lunch to pick up the WINGSTOP we order and when i get there order is ready everything seems to be good i ask the cashier if the extra side of fries i order were added. Per the cashier she assured me that the extra side was there. Once i arrived back to work and ready to eat for lunch we check the bag and the first thing that is missing is the side of fries that i paid extra. Finally me and the co-workers start eating and one of them finds an hair in her food. A HAIR! we are in lunch time don't have enough time to go back drive to wing stop and drive back to work risking to get a point for coming back late from lunch. We decided to call the store and explain to them what we found and what we are missing and and first the cashier says we need to bring back the wings with the piece of hair. We tell the cashier to get the manager and manager tells us that i can't get my refund of my fries nor the wings due to i need to bring back the wings with the hair and the fries we didn't receive. I tried to explain i am at work i can't go back to take the wing with the hair which was already throne in the TRASH! The Manager DORA says we have to get the wings out the trash which it's unsanitary and also risking us to get germs and COVID. So i decided to take video and take pictures that the wing had a hair and we had to take it out the trash. We are risking for us to get germs spread from one place to another which in these times this so called Manager DORA, don't care about consumers health nor her workers health. I will also be complaining to the city of Arlington Food Compliance.

I have been a customer for a long time, but last Wednesday that has ended abruptly! I have spent a week in and out of hospitals and doctor's offices! My family was sick due to food poisoning from this place. I was first to feel something. I experienced mild symptoms during the latter party of the night. However, the next morning my child felt odd and didn't have much of an appetite. While at school the symptoms became intense and the nurse contacted me for early release due to severe symptoms!!! I had to rush to the ER for medical assistance! Terrifying experience!!!

Decor: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Food: 4/5 One circle table that seats 6, one table that seats 4 and the rest of the tables seat 2. Takes about 20 minutes for 40 bone-in wings and fries to get made to order. My favorite flavors were the korean bbq and the lemon pepper. I'm neutral about the original hot and the hickory bbq had too much sauce. Bone-in wings are the way to go cause there is too much batter with the boneless. Extra crispy well seasoned fries are the way to go and tastes amazing with the cheese dip, honey mustard and peppered ketchup.
