I went to the Starbucks on cooper and park row and I just wanted to say thank you Kevin , my order was just what I was hoping for Ake great customer service went above and beyond !!!

They straight up can't make a Caramel Macchiato. Every other one I order is completely bitter and not sweet in the least. The first time I tried to order it with extra sugar, they warned me it was already sweet. Now they cant make one with sugar added taste sweet. Total waste of $6.

I think the new manager Miss Peggy is amazing and she is doing a great job at this location and her staff . They will speak to you and make sure you have your order you will not be standing around just waiting. I think that’s what great service is all about .

I came in to get a drink and do some homework. I placed my order and got my drink with no issue. The barista who made it even brought me water directly to the table I sat at. There was something else that I encountered that made me uncomfortable. The shift lead, or manager on duty, was correcting a partner. While I understand these conversations are necessary, she was abrasive and loud. The entire cafe could hear their dialogue and I could see that the other partners were visibly uncomfortable. I too felt uncomfortable. I wanted to come into a space where I could concentrate, feel at ease, and enjoy my afternoon. I wish the coaching would have taken place away from the other partners' and guests' earshot.

Best Starbucks around. I drive way out of my way to go to this one. When you ask for extra toppings they actually give them to you every time. Other Starbucks do it about 40% of the time

This place is so slow compared to every other store in the area. And they struggle getting the correct size of drink. But after waiting so long you don’t have time to let them remake them. It’s been months now, so I don’t think it’s trainees.
