Usually a good experience so this one star applied only to my last visit. The counter guy was in a hurry to leave and closed up the store an hour before closing. I wouldn't have been so upset, but when I asked at 815 pm how long they'll be open he said an hour and ten minutes. At 830 as I was gingerly eating my scrumptious foot long delight I found myself in the dark, with another customer. Then the guy comes around the corner from back and says whoops sorry didn't see you there. And then before I finished the better half of my Neal and still on my first lemonade we were both told to leave at 835. The door clearly reads 930 pm and even the guy said 930 so I'm just very upset. Very slow service and greedy with the ingredients. Ordered a turkey, bacon, guacamole wrap and he put I small smear of guacamole on the wrap. When I asked for just a little more guacamole, he replied, in a rude tone, that it would cost more.

I walked I to the establishment at 9:55 and it was one person being served..and the manager told me that they were closed!at 9:55?the sign on the door clearly states subway closes at 10:00?...I feel racially profiled and will be filing...
