I Order prior to getting there to avoid the long line’s. Pull up in parking lot 4. Confirm my meal and then the app says we are preparing you order and will be out on 5 minutes……well it was over 15 minutes and I had to go in the store. Trust me I am upset now like I told them that I was better off ordering in the long line and getting my order faster then preorder. People if you don’t feel like waiting in the line go somewhere else..not McDonald’s

I am upset with this location. I ordered online and paid $30 dollars for an dissatisfying order. First my spicy sandwich wasn’t spicy at all it was original and second there was only 5 nuggets in my SIX piece nuggets. THE FRIESS i am not even playing with you guys I opened the fries to find it not full. This is the second time I had to come up there for FRIESS. I work in fast food myself I understand food cost and all that I used to be a manager. But NEVER have been stingy with the food because I make sure my customers are happy with what they pay for. Food temperature was bad , the chicken sandwich was chewy, the fries were soggy as hell I am just dissatisfied. Y’all need to do better because my store will never do this.

I DD and this being almost the ONLY MickyD's open late was where my orders kept coming from. Fist off the ONLY Had one line open, then I saw a smoothie I wanted on the sign. So when I came back and because they have changing signs (ANNOYING!) I could not tell them what kind I wanted and they got upset because I could not give a flavor name. At least tell me the flavors, right!?!!! Then I finally get my smoothie and it had been shook. This was a trick we use to do at SK to make a small drink look full! I ordered a MEDIUM!!! How could ya'll not fill up a smoothie to the fill line!? They were nice but the long line and the smoothie were their downfall!
