3 stars bc order was right and didn’t take a long time. Dining room was closed but no signs anywhere and they could probably have some smiling faces if the people working there smiled.

The manager there today is just useless to serve customers cold food and don’t care about it. We went there Sat the manager there was nice and we got fresh food. Whoever the manager is now that is working on this evening shift on May 23, might need to go back to training. She even ask for my name why I don’t know when i was the upset customer. I came here Saturday morning and my brother was ordering and he said "2 number 4's" and the lady said ok, then he changed his mind and said, "actually, 2 number 2's" and she said "okay" and then the lady that was standing outside changing the breakfast signs to the normal menu yelled to her again through the door "he said 2 number 2's instead" and the lady taking our order said ok again. so we get on the road, i eat my potato wedges and all is good. then, i look at my sandwich (that was supposed to be a breakfast croissant sandwich) and it was a butter biscuit with a piece of chicken in the middle (i believe it was a number 4 on the breakfast menu), my dad tried it and said it was gross. so we go back to tell them and the lady keeps arguing. my brother keeps telling her what he said and she kept saying "oh no, i was there, this lady was outside changing the signs" but it literally had nothing to do with the fact that she got our order wrong. and so my brother asked if we could just get a burger instead of a breakfast sandwich because she also kept saying "we aren't serving breakfast anymore" and so she said "yeah we can do that" so my dad and i just ordered a cheeseburger plain, meat cheese and bread is all we asked for to make it easy. then she hands us our food and my brother drives off and we get on the highway. i open my burger and there is no cheese on the burger, its just a patty and buns. i was hungry so i tried it and it tasted so bad. this was my first time in Texas and the second place that i got food from that was either gross or messed up my order. Not a great first OR second impression.

If I could give this location zero stars I surely would, I did a mobile order and part of my order included 10 pcs original nugget meal with bacon baked potato as my side, let me also say it was 11 at night so my daughter picks up the order and when she gets home it’s a 10 spicy meal with fries. We couldn’t get ahold of anyone and we couldn’t take it back because she had already told me how long the line was so instead I only ate the fries and drank my drink but the nuggets I gave to my dog the next morning. This isn’t the first time that ordering through the app has gone wrong the problem is you can’t ever reach anyone in the phone because they just let it ring, ring and ring. I like the deals that Wendys have but they don’t need the app if they are just going to give you what they want you to have. Not too mention I paid extra for the baked potato as my side but I didn’t get it at all. Just sad.

The dining room is always closed. Update: Went last week at 7:50. Employee was locking up the doors. Had to bang on the door to let the employee know the dining room was open until 8:00. I went again earlier today and there was a sign that read "dining room temporarily closed." This location is TRASH when it comes to walk ins. I'd give this place minus five stars if it was an option

Ate here for lunch on 2/14/20. Convenient location and friendly staff. Food order was correctly prepared, delicious and hot. Very close, just north of, Six Flags and professional sports venues. 4 stars only because the drive through layout seemed poorly designed and traffic in the parking lot was awkward. Also the tops of the dining room tables were a little dirty and needed to be washed off when we visited. We had to clean ketchup off ours off before we sat down.

This place is awful. They still have there lobby closed. However I drive a Semi truck 🚚. We are on very tight schedules. I asked how are we supposed to order when the lobby is closed. They wanted me to download a app to order.

It's in a convenient location to me. In my experience, I feel that the management team and most of the team members are professional and courteous, but as I guess you get with all places, there are a few that don't. Playing on the phone, taking your card and not addressing you even though you address them. Me saying thank you and have a great day and looking at me with no response like you hate my face. Hey, I hate my face too sometimes, but save that for your personal time and be a professional while working.
If you go at the right time and catch the right crew, this is the best Wendy's in quite a distant radius. My opinion of course.
