Horrable! The devil himself would be discussed. The worst service and food ever. It's like they try to get you to leave by "not hearing, what you said". Dry cold not prepared as advertised, wrong ingredients. Employees standing around doing nothing. The entire time we were there. Food taste as if it was left over from the day before, maybe two days.

I was being nice just ordering my food and the lady who was taking the order through drive tru was giving me an attitude abad rushing my order and I couldn’t finish my order. I was being nice ordering my order like anyone else I don’t understand why she had to treat me like this. This isn’t the first time neither every time I go they never do their job right, either they don’t get your order right or don’t give you sauce or giving you an attitude not letting you order because she is rushing you. I’m sorry I felt so humiliated.

After explaining my order several times to 5 different people. They still got it wrong. Then when asked to fix it according to what they charged on my receipt. They looked at me crazy!!!I had my son and it was cold and I went physically in so my order wouldn't get messed up. I recommend going to another Jack in the box. There are to many in the area to go to this one that lacks skills and customer service.

How to make a quick stop and it didn't end up being so quick. I forgot to order the drink so I asked if they could put it on when I went to the window and the kids decided they wanted the donut holes which ended up being a big old issue to add those on. After the Young man tried to get help from what I thought may have been a manager a couple different times he finally just said he couldn't add them on at the end so I said that's fine leave them off he was able to put the drink on however in the hindsight at the minimum of 5 minutes we were sitting at the drive-through window itself on top of the 10 minutes in line with only two people in front of us the woman that he asked for help from a couple different times was on her cell phone the whole time! I think that is pretty crazy these days how people think it's okay to just be on their cell phone especially in a food situation that's the whole idea they all have headsets so they don't have to be touching their personal device isn't it? She had said in and she had a cell phone she was holding your opposite ear nevertheless if she did need a phone call it shouldn't have been done on right up front of the store for all the customers to see nonetheless the drive-thru as well rather disappointed. rest assured it was a first time and last time we'll probably stop at this location. The kid at the window was doing his best I was just disappointed in the background help.

So very happy they are one of a handful of places open on Christmas. Took my Dad for a drive and stopped by for a milkshake. I ordered a Diet Coke... Received a regular Coke. Not a good choice for me, given I have diabetes. Not an enormous deal, but a waste of money. Attention to detail would be a plus.
