I'ma just say this my fries always fresh its definitely worth the wait. Idk if it's because I'm a regular but the upgrade my drink free and my fries are always fresh and just right

McDonald’s service is usually sub par. However, not this one in my favorite local Walmart. Fast food, fast service. Fast food. Buttery food. Steeeez.

The McDonald's off of central is kept very clean when I go for dine in. The staff is also professional and has a great attitude. I always feel welcome when I go. The french fries are never stale or too salty and the burgers are delicious at this location.

Ordered food at 6:39 p.m. went to the store to pickup and the store never received my order even though it was already paid for. Waited 20 minutes and all the managers could tell me was "we're not giving you free food so you can either order it again or" and I said "so you want me to reorder and repay even though you guys already charged me for the order?" Their reply was "that's not our problem we never got the order" yes I have the email with the receipt and the order number 1663 which when they typed it I the machine told them it was invalid. Doesn't make any sense. Very rude MANAGERS the regular employee working at the cash register was very nice.

What happened to TV? Overall good customer service...Also I know the want floors to be cleaned...but mopping them when customers coming in and out constantly will end up with someone with a slip and fall...safety issue

Customer service should be on top of anything else that you have to offer but when someone has order right before you and then you get waited on and then that person ahead of you forgot to get something you don't stop in the middle of a order and help the one that for got to order something...
