Just what I needed!! After living in Korea, I miss the food more than anything. It’s hard to find a decent place. I ordered the kimchi stew with tofu and bulgogi kimbap. So good!

Headed out for lunch during a break while attending this virtual training. The original agenda was to visit a taco truck and call it a day but I BiBiMix on the way and thought to make a stop here.
Ordered Korean Spicy Bowl and Wings. The waiting game began and it was quick. While waiting, I saw a friend from the gym so there was a quick hello there but coming back to the experience, food was prepared swiftly.
Took the food home and started with the Korean Spicy Bowl. The food was fresh, the chicken was delightful and every bite was refreshing. Yes I used the word refreshing which is commonly used for cold sweet eating items.
Now came the wings and boy I loved them. They had this layer of crunch and this crunch was different than any other wings I had. I appreciate this.
I would conclude it by saying that this place is a must try. The staff is wonderful, very courteous and there was a moment someone from the staff was calling me out but I did not hear this but when I did, I apologized but the guy behind the counter is very sweet and just smiled. I appreciate small things like that. The food was quick and fresh. I will come here again for sure.
Who doesn't love a tasty meal from BibiMix. Just like they say, they offer meals of excellent quality ! 10/10 we would recommend

Lovable place for fast Korean, and they've expanded their menu beyond what was a Korean Chipotle. This is a great way to educate your options OF Korean cuisine before heading out to Annandale...add Kimchee scallion pancakes, Kimbo, Bulgogi, fried chicken, Bibimbop, etc. So good!
Solid quality. We’ve ordered several times and everything has been great. Orders are always correct & often quicker than expected. In fact I prefer the kimbap here over restaurants in Annandale. Glad to have them in Rosslyn. A+
