Very slow drive thru. Curly fries were soggy. I didn't want to go back fro fresh since they were taking too long. No receipt 😒
And both chicken sandwiches were BURNT. 🤢
Shift manager Marty Jonea said, "it is the seasoning and all sandwiches are gonna look like that"
I tried one and it was burnt. 🙄🙄 he did apologized but I didn't get a receipt for the refund.

DONT EVER GO THERE , a 45 minute wait just because they were understaffed, owner must be losing a lot of money if he making 9 dollars on a sandwich every one hour. took me 20 min to sit down right in front of the drive through window for 25 unnoticed eventhough whoever was there kept approaching the window and leaving. he even had a personal call while i was waiting not to mention that got the curly fries scattered all inside the bag

Service was lovely! The food was hot and accepted my coupons in a flash! The employees were so nice and had kind words like “mama” and “sweetheart” I would give a 4.5 because the drive through was only open and the parking barrier wasn’t visible and I hit it but that’s on me. I missed one order and they let me inside to place it and I still got my coupon on it! I highly suggest this place.

On an icy day in Texas,a manager and 1 kitchen person showed up in Arlington to feed silly people like me out searching for food. The sandwich was good the service was as quick as it could be for that challenging unique situation. Those 2 deserve more than a thank you from the owner. The sandwich was good, they forgot the 3 pepper sauce and ranch although on that day in that situation least of my concerns. Thank you to both employees from myself and all of those you fed. I will go back.

Went by there for a quick bite to eat 3/1/22 around 3pm I just want to say, the young lady working there was an absolute delight. She was running around serving everyone and being super helpful with a cheerful disposition. I didn't even care about the food. lol.. It was good though! That Lil lady just made the trip there worth it! Great job! We don't see people in the fast food industry that cheerful anymore!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍👍👍👍👍

I used to love the crispy fish sandwich so I was super excited it was back. Unfortunately both sandwiches I got today were cold and super dry. On top of that I stood at the drive through speaker for 10 min and no one responded so I assumed it was broken and drove to the window. When I got there I told the girl at the window I think the speaker is broken and she said “no it’s not. I heard you but was just busy”. Too busy to even let the customer know you can hear them and that you’ll be with them in a min? Just a really bad experience -___-

This place needs its staff completely overhauled, if not trained on customer service -- as well as drug tested. Two different employees took my order, so I had to repeat the entire order and went back to made sure they understood every part of the order. The fish sandwich was very soggy and just thrown together. When I asked for tartar (some places don't include that with the sandwich), someone else came to the window and rudely explained that it would be "an extra item" next time. And all the staff members who came to the window had the appearance of being high on some sort of illicit substance. Sorry, but I won't be back until at least a few months, given the usual trend of fast food turnover. Your whole crew should quit if they don't want to work and let someone competent take their place.

Went there to pick up my last paycheck. The guy that runs the place is a real jerk. He likes playing games with your money. Waited almost three weeks to get my last check. He tried telling me it wasnt there. Glad to be done with that circus . People other then that jerk that work there are awesome though. Wish them the best . I hope he finds peace. He obviously doesn't get enough love at home.
