I go in to pick up a Mother’s Day breakfast for my wife. The pic below shows the quality of the food served at this place. Also, the waitresses we’re having a loud argument with each other in the presence of the customers. This place went downhill fast!

Great place friendly hostess and waitress as well as good food they where very polite. It’s definitely a very family warming place although the outside is a little under kept I love this place. Only disappointment was they didn’t have there signature different flavors of syrup. Other wise a really good breakfast place for a quick bite!

Major sinkhole in parking lot filled with water. It’s a good 5ft deep it felt like. You can’t see how deep it is when driving. My car went over it and started smoking immediately. They should have signs up or cones. Or better yet FIX it. After waiting to make sure my car is good we down the street to Nudys best decision ever.

Legitimately the worst IHOP I've ever had. Servers were nice. It was super weird on the day after Earth day to have a sit down meal with real plates and mugs, but plastic utensils, ketchup in plastic cups, syrup (one type) in plastic cups. Watery, burnt coffee. No coffee refills offered (mixed feelings there obviously). Over medium eggs were totally under (like less than 'easy' - borderline raw), scrambled eggs were completely overcooked leathery garbage and seemed more like some kind of processed egg substitute. All food was cold, but served pretty quickly... how is that possible?

Wow I I wish this IHOP was the one in Allentown! The food was delicious, however prices sure have skyrocketed since COVID. I had Strawberries & Creme Crepes and it was just under $11., my boyfriend had the Colorado Omelette and it was $16. Crazy prices for breakfast and a chain restaurant. When will we ever see the prices go back to normal OR will we ever see that day?!

We never got out of our car. The place is completely run down on the outside. In fact we thought it was closed permanently. Looked like it was abandoned. Plastic cover with painters tape covered one large window. Paint peeling all over the walls outside. Place needs to be torn down. Looks nothing like an IHOP. Shame on the company for allowing one of their restaurants to look like a dilapidated rats nest.

This establishment was very clean and the food was delicious. The workers were on point and catered to our needs. I didn't leave the place thinking I waisted time and money...Thank you!

The food was great the staff was friendly but the restaurant itself is really small. I had a party on 12 and had to wait a hour and a half just to be seated. And then my party had to be split up. While waiting for our food, the buser felt the need to clear my table. My waiter was very nice and funny. This was a first time visit and I won't be back.
