Ihop

In all honest I love IHOP, I love the food and customer service but the past few times we’ve had the same experience and it was terrible, from the moment we walked in the door we stood there for approximately 4 minutes untill someone greeted us (even though there was a lady at the cash stand looking at her phone) we finally got her attention and got sat. While being sat we had a good 10-15 minutes before a server came over to get our drink orders ( 2 waters and a coffee) we ended up putting our food order in while she took our drink order that way we could save time. We sat there 8 more minutes waiting on those drinks, we had seen our server just walking around and looking at things, our food did come out right after we got our drinks maybe a minute or two after. Food was amazing but we didn’t not see our server while we were eating, we were not checked on one time I had to search for her to get more coffee for me. Now I work in restaurants so I know how busy servers can be but there was only 3 tables in her section and one of them left when we sat down.

I totally wish I could remember our waitresses name, cause she was awesome. We had 10 in our group and the check had to be split 3 ways, and she nailed it. Nothing had to be sent back, our drinks stayed full the whole time. Our group raved about all the different platters... The Colorado omelet, the NM omelet, the blueberry/lemon ricotta crepes... all so good.

Got a too go order of 2 senior pancakes, first it took 6 an a half minutes for staff to even acknowledge me being there while they b.s. , cause they were not busy! Then it took 22 minutes from time order was placed to receive it an get out the door..but the food was hot an fresh tasting..so if your in a hurry don't go here to I hop on w. Veterans blvd

I have to say this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at an IHOP. There was a waiting line to pay which meant we, the customers waiting to be seated had to wait even longer(wasn't just us waiting). Once we finally got seated, we waited about 10 minutes to get our drink order and was served water in a very dirty glass(let that slide because I ordered OJ also). Finally got our food ordered and my girlfriends omelette, all the veggies on it were completely raw and cold. Wasn't cooked with or in the omelette. I ordered a Belgium waffle and that definitely isn't what I got. I got a big waffle but that's about it. It was so cold the butter wouldn't melt and so stale it broke as opposed to being cut to eat(I didn't eat it). To top it off, when we got the bill it was literally $3 shy of $50! We went to the local steakhouse the night before and literally spent $49 on two steak dinners. Will never go back to this IHOP.

Our server was rude never gave us eye contact. She was looking ahead and we were ahead of 2 tables that came in after us yet we got our food last!!! They were cussing and being extremely loud in the kitchen!! Very unpleasant and unprofessional guest service!! I wouldn't recommend this location at all!!
