Pilot Flying J

Great travel center. I stopped here for the night and would do it again. The employees were nice! Tons of items inside for snacks, souvenirs, truck or auto. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Pulled in late. Throughout the night it was quiet and peaceful. There was a Verizon store inside and a huddle house connected

Disappointed. I am on a walking tour. I have previously relied on Flying J when traveling. They are normally clean and safe, if a bit pricey. Stopped in to get food and use my computer for a couple of hours. The lounge was otherwise nearly empty. Came back the next morning to get a shower and food before walking on and was told I needed to leave and couldn't "live there". He accused me of being there "all day" the day before. I tried to explain and he argued with me. I ended up staying a bit longer to wait for my paycheck to come in so I could shower and eat at the restaurant, but decided not to waste my money on more of their services after all. Otherwise: it is pretty clean. Restrooms are clean. Food and store prices are a bit high compared to other gas stations and travel stops. Fuel is comparable to other stops. Most of the staff is polite enough. Decided not to use shower or eat at attached Huddle House because of the person who was rude to me. I have no reviews for those. Maybe another time. They have hot food and a good drink selection in the gas station side as well as a Huddle House restaurant. They have a driver lounge, showers, gifts, and a good selection of snacks, etc. Next time I will stop at the Love's one exit down. I hope other Flying J travel centers do better.

Went to fuel at Flying J in Ardmore,Ok. My corp. card would not advance to anything. Went inside and told the lady I needed fuel and def on 18. She asked my truck number and told me to slide my corp card. She had a problem looking around and I don’t know if she hates women or just on something. Ok, then she says the truck number doesn’t work with the corp. card. What!? If she would pay attention to her customer, yah I’m a customer, that’s how she gets paid. She’s been at this location for awhile, I recognize the tats. Any other cashier would know to question, you sure it’s pump18? And I told her my truck company two times. She never looked and could care less if I got fuel and def. Flying J, watch her sometime, she’s on something I bet. Rude. Now that’s poor customer service, if you even care. Love the food there and it a clean place to shop for stuff I don’t need. And I have plenty of cash to spend.

Unfriendly staff. And they rip people off. 7.99$ for 5 tenders and no sides is ridiculous. My husband asked how many sides come WITH the chicken tenders. We were told 2. So he ordered 2. Apparently you only get 5 tenders for 7.99$ and then have to pay an additional 4.50$ for two more sides and even more if you want a drink. I got pot roast and the amount I was given was not worth 7.99$. I can eat at the subway down the street for cheaper than what I just spent here. Also, the huddle house is out of almost everything. When we sat down we were told they were out of steak, veggies, brown gravy and couldn’t makes wraps and were told when she pointed to a page that they were out of everything on that page. We were told that we were better off going to ihop and not wasting our money at huddle house. Plenty of parking.

This business needs to learn that all people visiting it our clients and treat them as such and not judge based off of appearance or a person's class. The last that I knew we are in the United States and people are to be treated equally. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted...! We was traveling back North and stopped here to get fuel and supplies. Was a little dirty because of work and was automatically profiled and judged because of appearance.
