Worst customer service on earth!!! He insulted us. After poor customer service he starred down my man acted like he wanted to fight and took a picture of us which is illegal and I reported his behavior to the police.

I used to come to this 7/11 regularly because my girlfriend lived nearby so I was a regular. I've been using their restroom every hr of the day/night off n on for years. As a Lyft driver this was where I spent my money (a lot! ) on my energy drinks and snacks and used the restroom access at all hrs. But now even paying customers get no access from 12a-9am supposedly. Looks like I lost the main reason to keep coming back.

The manager is really cool guy. Very helpful, nice, funny, knows who I am when I walk in. Jb then 2 ND shift guy is also very nice, helpful friendly.

The tall lanky Punjab with glasses snatched a cup out of my ladies hands after I asked for a refund because they were false advertising. Its all good though cuz that's an assault and I'm on the Larry parker got me 2.1 million, bus.the other 711 down street is worse I'd just say to go to 76 gas station they got same food but u get more for ur money and u get lil more respect there
