Not very impressed by their foods. Although they offer most of the popular Taiwanese breakfast items, the foods were mediocre.
The soy milk was not very tasty and the basic scallion pancake was so oily that I can taste the oil in my mouth a few hours after breakfast.
The Radish cake was supposed to be their specialty, but the inside fillings were a bit sour , didn’t taste like the ones in Taiwan. I haven’t try the other items, but so far the food here hasn’t enticed me for a return. I will just stick with next street’s JJ’s Taiwanese food for now.

Good basic 小吃 (small bite) dishes. Not great, but not bad either. Lot of choices. Too many probably, because the gluttony to have a bit of everything kicks you into decision paralysis. Best to come with a large party of people so you can order lots of stuff or know what you want.
The staff seems very overworked. On the day we visited, it was two young and industrious women who had to serve and clean up.
Any criticism for Four Seas would be directed toward the customers. Many parents plant devices in front of their kids once they are seated with no regard for the device volume. Others talk loudly on their phone with speaker on. This is a place to grab something to eat and not a place to have a relaxing meal. Would do take out next time.
Kudos to the staff for their good service in a challenging environment.

It's a Taiwanese simple meal (fast food) restaurant next to the Arcadia post office. No surprise with a long line waiting for ordering food which is Taiwanese culture. Try to make you feel it's crowded. The food is as it is and nothing is special.

1. Front desk staff with glasses and hoarse voice is rudeness while the owner is pretty kind
2. Poor environment
3. Fried bread steak doesn’t taste good
4. Pricey menu

It is OK place although you see lots of customers... See their 油條is chewy like a rubber gum if you are expecting it should be crispy and crunchy. This is a requirement for any soybean breakfast joint to be qualified as such

Nice little shop that served Chinese/Taiwanese style breakfast. I often get soybean milk and onion pancake here. Friendly and efficient staffs.
Tips, becareful when ordering HOT soybean milk, they are often very HOT to touch.

Four Sea in San Gabriel & Arcadia used to be our family’s favorite Taiwanese breakfast spot. Unfortunately both locations have declined steadily in quality. Sadly I was hoping that Four Sea would rally & turn around to its former glory. My affection for the early days of Four Sea has kept me going back, but we can no longer return. My favorite turnip cakes were soaked in oil and burned - the worst combo of greasy and mealy. Last week’s turnip cakes were also burned. The kitchen staff is either clueless or careless, or worse yet, both. The tables are often unbussed and dirty. The soy milk often has too much grit, does not have a smooth texture. Goodbye, Four Sea, our family will have to find another spot for TW breakfast.
