Restaurant had no dine in customers but our fries were cold and old and buns for burgers were crunchy. Approached cashier politely to obtain hot fries;was not acknowledged (grabbed the product and said nothing). Had to re-approach to get burger replaced. Again same customer service response. When replacement was brought to table, no verbal communication. Incidentally, a family member had recently dined there and warned us it wasn't good. Definitely no repeat visit for us.

Not Sure what's going on with this place they can never get your order right. The person who took my order had a shirt that said manager. Apparently they promote by who has been there the longest and not ability. It took me 3 times of telling my order and her repeating it and it was still wrong.

Poor customer service. Workers are rude and impatient. I keep trying to give them a shot but I've pulled off without completing my order at least 4 times due to the way they talk to us. That's at least 4 times I've taken my money elsewhere.

They were able to accommodate us with breakfast even though we were late for it. But the order was wrong. At least they tried. 😊

Went last night at 940. Apparently close at 10. Was told the only thing left was chicken tenders, no fries or sandwiches burgers or anything else. Ridiculous. Went to Wendy's down the road and got exactly what I wanted.

Worst customer service ever, two girls were more concerned playing on their phones instead of taking my order, talking under their breath, not giving me sauces u asked for, and poor quality of staff would not recommend to anyone

Arrived about 6:30 pm and there was no food ready. Food that was prepared fresh was okay. Think we will go back to Arby's!
