Why is it so hard?
I didn't want to cook. I ordered food. A single 1.5 inch slice of tomato, very little lettuce, the sauce only on one side of the chicken patty. Fries, the amazing fries... old and cold. Yet, the line was around the building. How were the fries old and cold? I should have known better. Next time, I cook. :(

Clean. Kiosks to order was a little annoying when it didn't takw my card. There was a wait as with all Fast Food joints about now. Food was fresh & hot. I didn't realize McD's stopped selling salads AND breakfast all day. But I met 2 cutie pie, 3 year old twins & their sweet Mom & Dad. Good people always wins bonus points😉

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Dont go here if you are white. They are racists. My husband came in to order and they looked at him and turned around. He waited and waited and still no one helped him. He went to order at the kiosk, and it didn't work, so he went up to the counter again, and again no one helped him. A black gentleman came in and they walked right over to help him. My husband stood behind him, and they finally helped him. My husband didn't say a thing. I would have walked out.

If there ice cream or slushy machine is never working they need to take that off of their menu.. its very frustrating especially if you have kiddos with you and they want ice cream or slushy and the damn machines are not working.. this is not the only McDonald's that does this.. its very nerve racking

The last several times I have order from the Appomattox location my order has been wrong. I checked the bag today and when I got home to eat my sausage biscuit. I had the biscuit but no sausage.

My burger was burnt and fries were cold and soggy. Drive thru lady was on her phone as well. Back in my day, I fired people would played on phones.

Got a Double quarter pounder w/cheese and Large fries (which was free from the moblie app). Hate to say this, but the fries are shrinking in size...
