I am terrible with some apps. In order to use the coupon for subs, I needed to use the app. I like Jimmy John's subs and love the cookies
An employee helped me negotiate the as pp, I think her name was Kelly, she was awesome. I wish more employees throughout the food service industry were as friendly and helpful as Kelly.

I've been ordering sandwiches from this store in particular for years. They always make quality subs and serve them with a smile, whether it's a delivery or a stop in the shop itself. I would recommend anyone who loves a good lunch to give 'em a try. I'm never disappointed in the services they provide. Thanks Richmond street Jimmy Johns.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Waited over 2 hours for two subs. Contacted them to give them a chance to redeem their poor service. A month later and no response despite many emails being sent from the feedback response team ensuring the management was going to reach out to me. Horrible service and will not be back! Freaky fast is a joke, just like their customer service skills!
