Papa Johns Pizza

2/20/22...Pizza arrived at 5:05pm it was heavy on 1 side though maybe sauce nope whole pizza stuck to 1 side of the box. I called they said 36 mins will have new pizza to you. 6:20pm still no pizza girlfriend calling again. I'm writing a review. Papa johns called back at 625. Pizza just arrived at 6:57 wow.

I placed an order online during dinner time for a pick up order. I was given a window of 14-24 minutes and my order was ready even sooner. They were very busy when I arrived but the cashier was friendly and handed me my order. Everything was hot and exactly how I ordered. Will order again! You can’t go wrong with The Works pizza and chicken poppers!

We tried to use a gift card that had money on it but a new person took our order and messed it up by accident so we got charged the full amount instead of being able to use the gift card for part of it. The manager didn’t help us at all and said it had no money on it after trying it because it had already taken the money off. Was disappointed but I understand the new employee didn’t mean to and the food was still good.

I ordered on November 27th, 2020 two pizzas for delivery. Both pizzas were selected for 'well done' and 'extra sauce. Once delivered, both pizzas both did not looked fully cooked to begin with and one of them had missing toppings. I called and the person on the other line asked what the label said on the pizza boxes, I replied each of them listed the correct toppings and cooking instructions as I placed the pizzas as, including 'well done' being highlighted with green highlighter, she sighed and asked what I wanted done about it, either a credit for pizzas or new ones delivered. I asked to have new ones delivered. 30ish minutes go and the pizzas come, they literally look worse the second time. The cheese is barley melted, toppings look like they were not even cooked. I just threw away all four pizzas and made a frozen one. Papa John's is my usual go-to for good, fast pizza delivered in our area and now it has been removed from my list. I have attached a photo from the first pizza that was delivered, missing pepperoni as well.

If you want fast delivery, choose a different place. Three stars because the last 3 out if 4 times delivery on the Papa John's app is always more than 30-45min later. At least send an update, email, or text.... Food usually is warm when it arrives and the delivery drivers are great along with the taste. Please, fix your delivery times! I'd rather have your app say 2hr and the pizza come earlier.
