Worst Subway I've ever been to. Neither of the workers seemed to speak English nor did they know how to properly ring up on the register. They seemed very annoyed that they had customers. Me: "black pepper" Worker: Points at jalapenos Me: "No, black pepper" Worker: Points at banana peppers Me: "No no, BLACK pepper" Then they tried to charge me more than what their menu said was the price for a meal (I understand theres tax but a 6" sandwich shouldn't have $2 in tax) They just stood there starring at me then the menu and just shrugged their shoulders. I ended up just leaving without a sandwich because I was just so frustrated in the experience.

I crave the Subway sandwiches from back in the day. Fresh bread and made just the way you want it. The past 5 years it's been the same for me. I order Subway because I love the sandwiches. Then, when I get it, I get day old (maybe even two day old) crumbly stiff bread! I can't even eat it. I get so disappointed I swear off Subway for months. I've tried waiting till after the lunch rush hoping for fresh bread. I've tried flat out requesting fresh bread and being assured it's fresh only to open it up to a crumbly mess. I have held off writing this review for over a year but today I've just had it. Another one bites the dust for me. The quality of the food has gone down hill and there is nothing I can do to stop it. I can make a better fresher sandwich on my own. You had one job Subway: make fresh sandwiches and you can't even do that!

I went there today and the guy that was working there was being so rude! He tells me to hurry up when I was searching for my cash to pay. I wasn’t that slow! He said that there’sa lot of customers waiting for their turn but when I look back there was only 2 people behind me. I don’t know what is wrong. I mean there’s 3 people working and he can just let someone handle it if he can’t. Why would subway hire someone like this? Bad costumer service. If this place doesn’t more customers, it’s of this guy’s mouth. I hope I am the last person that he treat this way.

Slowest Subway EVER. And they can never get online orders correct. EVER. We have given them 6+ chances and EVERY time it is the worst and longest experience ever. (Review I made FOUR years ago) Update: Absolute garbage. 3 weeks ago I ordered a rotisserie chicken sandwich with sweet onion sauce. Got a chicken breast with bacon and Mayo and tons of jalapeños (which I hate) and banana peppers. Tonight I ordered a turkey bacon with honey mustard on white and I got a plain turkey on wheat with no sauce and cucumbers (which I also hate.) NEVER ordering from here again.

We ordered through the app and when we got home we realized our food was made wrong. The melts are supposed to have 3x the cheese as stated on the website and this sandwich definitely didn't have 3x the cheese and the protein bowl was so drowned in ranch that it was soupy and inedible. So we called so we could get it fixed. The person on the phone who said he was a manager was rude and disrespectful and flat out REFUSED to remake our food the correct way. He told my husband that we didn't pay for triple cheese and when we explained that the triple cheese isn't extra because we ordered it as a melt and he said it didn't show up as a melt which is a flat out lie because it was grilled like one! He said that he made the protein bowl so he knows that it was the normal amount of ranch. I've had it made right at other Subways so I'm pretty sure that was a lie as well. Also, when my husband was at the restaurant he asked the guy how much a glass of ice would cost and the employee handed him a water glass and walked away! How is this guy a maneger if he can't even answer a simple question!? My husband ended up just buying a whole drink so he could get ice. First and last time coming here which is fine because by the looks of the reviews of this place, it won't be around very long. Seriously the sleeziest business we have been to in a long time!
