Burgerlicious

Today is the first day I have eaten here since the new owner took over. As you can tell from the star ratings, I did not have a good experience here. In my opinion all the staff needs training. At the counter, the lady who took my order was super friendly. From this point on things went downhill fast. In less than 10 minutes from ordering my order was ready. It was placed in front of me and the waitress just left. Best practices would have been for her to ask if I needed anything else. Upon seeing my order I was immediately disappointed, the hash browns looked like it was placed on the grill and butter brushed on it, then flipped and done the same on the other side, then placed on a plate. There was no browning from it actually being cooked. I brought the plate back up to the counter and asked if they could brown it better for I don't like raw potatoes. It comes back 5 mins later slightly tanned (see pic). Ok, I'm not asking again, let's see how it tastes. I ordered my eggs over medium for I prefer a runny yoke to scramble my eggs with.... I had to use a butter knife to cut my eggs (at least the yoke was runny). With one bite I was done with the eggs, had a weird smell and taste. The only thing edible on the #2 Breakfast Special was the sausage and non nutritional toast. See the pic for what I left behind of my order. This place has potential as a sit in family diner if they can train their cooks and waitresses. As for me it will be awhile before I reconsider eating here.

The name says it all, though I have had nothing but Burgers I hear everyone is bragging about the food. I can vouch for the burgers and they are burgerlicious. C... jr. with the sexy girl holding the messy burger step aside this restaurant burger has much better flavor and they're just as messy. Really have to watch for this restaurant as you're traveling down the road as it is a hidden gym of Apple Valley. Godspeed, Grumpy Grandpa

I usually come here two or three times a week, because it is convenient, and I like the food. I also usually tip 15% to 25% percent even though I always go through the drive-thru. I usually ask for some extra salsa on the side, no problem. Today I was told it would be extra, on top of my $2 tip on top of the $10 order. I wasn't super happy, cause they don't usually charge me, but I said, that will be okay. Drove away but no salsa. Cool. I will keep coming back, but I will never leave a tip again at/for the drive thru. Cool. Win/win. Gonna save me like like $200 a year in tips.
