It sucks you have to go in and use a machine which is not easy to use. We didn't get all of our order. The upside was there was a really nice man who came to help us. But we still didn't get all our order and the food has gone downhill. You pay more and the food portions are less. The food is not good it has a strange taste to it. It's not like it once was. Very cold and uninviting in the dining room. I will not go back... Ever

No one pays attention to the cleanliness of the dining room any more. This is a sign of how the total operation works. It's disgusting for people to walk up to a drink station and have ketchup and soda all over the counters. Garbage areas are neglected as well. This tray with breakfast on it was there at 2pm so it shows that no one was in the lobby cleaning.

My husband just returned from this location not more than 3 miles away from our home. I sent him to get me a caramel frappe and two plain cheeseburgers with a small fry. I can’t believe they would send him back with this mocha nightmare. Now I don’t know if they offered this in place of or just gave my husband the wrong item. He’s not one to complain. However, this drink is not AT ALL frozen or even remotely cold. I did not drink more than a sip, a drop, a small taste of this beverage before needing to immediately spit it out. Please DO NOT serve this to anyone else. I’m horrified that this frothy warm chocolate syrup was even handed out the window. Please tell your customer you can’t do this type of drink for them instead of giving what you just gave me. It is not drinkable, and my poor husband paid for two. Dumped down the drain. I work food service too, I understand how it feels to be in the kitchen late at night, but please don’t take your frustration out on your guests. I appreciate you showing up, and I would have happily not had a caramel frappe if the machine is down, or needs cleaning, or if you just don’t feel like it. 4/8/2022 at about 10:45 -11pm ish. Nicely remodeled, but nasty when it comes to cleanliness. Been in here twice in the last couple weeks to let the kids play in the play area. Both visits I was surprised at how dirty every surface was. Also garbage sitting around everywhere. This is unfortunate because it’s a beautiful space and fun for the kids.

Went there on a Sunday for breakfast, was told they don't serve breakfast all day. My son ordered a burger, fries and drink. Customer service was nonexistent. Older lady taking the money, opened window and barked out amount. No thank yous or any kind of greeting. Pulled to next window again no greeting, fries dumped in bag. Virtually no ice in drink. Hate this location. Worth driving to one in Lakeville next time.

Went to Apple Valley location this morning, NEVER EVER get the order right. Worst location! Tired of paying for what I order & get what they want to throw in the bag! Always a surprise when you drive home & open the bag. Employee’s are rude, no good morning or even a hello, shove the bag out the window at you & shut window immediately.
