Buffalo Wild Wings

Todays visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was pleasant. We arrived just after opening, which was around 11:30 a.m.. we sat at the bar and were greeted by Jose, who was the bartender at the time. The bar had at least 20 beers on draft, but on this hot day I was going to go with old faithful, a tall Coors Light. It was served super cold, so it went down very smooth. I ordered 10 boneless wings, which comes with two sauces. I selected the Nashville Hot and the Mango Habañero with a side of ranch. I also ordered a side of fries. Jose offered the lunch special which was the same amount of food at a lower price, of course I agreed. The wings did not disappoint. They were flavorful and had a nice spicy kick to them. The fries not so much. They were a little cold, a little burnt and crispy. I looked over at my buddies plate and he had a lot more fries than I did, and they also looked in better shape. I must of got the bottom of the barrel fries. Other than the fries, my visit to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Apple Valley was pleasant. Jose provided exceptional service and looking forward to coming back.

The fries were cold and was not fresh at all. Considering it took them what seemed like for ever to bring our order I would have thought the food would have been fresh, but that's for sure not the case. The waiter tried his best and did alright but non of the workers there seemed to be having a very good day or shift. My daughter had the all American double cheese burger and she did say that burger was amazing! It had been yrs since I had been to this restaurant and the food has definitely gone down hill.

Pretty bad and sad experience. Salad was old. Food just tasted old. I guess it's pretty telling when most of the seat cushions are torn. Not to expect fantastic food staff was pretty nice but generally the place gets you a vibe of sadness. Doesn't seem like the owners have cared much to invest in the store. Whether it is new screens seat covers. There's a literal holes in every single seat in the restaurant. I'm guessing if you're drunk the food will taste good

Horrible service. Parts of meal came out 10 minutes apart. Then one set of wings was wrong, and then they took 20 minutes after everyone was done eating to come to table. When they arrived, they were still wrong. Didnt bring all drinks for awhile. Then had to ask couple times for straws. Never got all condiments asked for.... food tasted good, but took over hour to finally get all of our food.

Haven't been here in a very very long time. Decided to give it another shot and my goshhhh. Service was sooooo slow! From getting drinks, to getting our food, and even to pay. I had a chicken Caesar salad. It had the smallest portion of chicken ever. The amount of dressing was barely a drizzle. We had to ask for limes every time we ordered shots of tequila. Oh and the shots are super small. I will say that the Cauliflower wings were good, though. The waiter did check on us often, at the beginning, but then every time she would come to get dishes outta the way, she would make us hand over everything instead of going around collecting it herself. It's gonna be another great while before I go there again.

I ordered my food through the app. The app indicated that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. The order tracker showed that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my order.. The associate indicated that my order was not ready and it would be an additional 20 to 25 minutes. I understand that things happen. However the app shouldn’t not indicated that a order is ready when it not and have a costumer waiting additional 20 to 25 minutes when the items ordered were supposedly ready. The associate was nice that’s the only reason I gave two stars.
