Aunt Gingibread's Bakery

We ordered a small naked cake for a graduation dinner. The flavor was lemon and blueberry. It was small, but the layers were high so everyone had a nice, tall piece. We ordered it online and picked it up the day of the party. The cake was not only delicious but very beautiful as well. I highly recommend this local gem of a bakery!

I love Aunt Gingibreads. I’ve ordered their cupcakes for bridal and baby showers and they’re the perfect size and delicious. We love their pot pies both chicken and steak. Had the blueberry lemon cake for Easter. It was gorgeous and delicious. Also did the Easter egg sugar cookie decorating kit and it was great. So glad they’re in Apopka. Thank you for being such an awesome bakery.

We walked in today and right off the bat it seemed that the front desk attendant did not want our business. Our event is 6/4/22 we wanted 1 of their quick cake options (ombré celebration cake in pink) but asked to change the color of the white icing ruffles to blue… rep said that makes cake custom and custom cakes are 3 weeks out request. All we wanted was a blue icing ruffle instead of white…did not feel like best cake shop in Apopka service or say much of cake shops in Apopka if so. I am treated better at Publix. So much support small business.
