This 7-11 is no linger a store I will shop at. The fountain drink machine has been non functioning for a month. The priduct I buy there everyday has not been in stock for more than six weeks. The rewards on gas does not work. Employees are lacking except Keyfa. They are rude. I will not shop there anymore .eve thought

Well this 7-Eleven sucks. No food on grill because it's Sunday. I bought what I thought was a steak and jack cheese taquito but when I bit into it surprise, chicken. Wouldn't even honor my rewards for special. Oh and onlytwo gas pumps work. I'll never go back again.

This store does not know the meaning of convenience store. There is always a huge line with the least helpful staff. There is no customer service at all in this store with some of the rudest employees. Please fix this store it used to be a good 7-11 till recently when it turned into the slowest store that is always understaffed.

People not wearing mask helping them self with hotdogs, employe wearing her mask on her chin not covering her mouth or nose and when i confronted her she had a very bad attitude and said I can’t control the store. It was sunday at 10:15 am... not going to that store......

Giving a one star towards the lady manager ,wasn’t helpful not very sympathetic towards the driver for Uber Eats,I ain’t rude but that wasn’t nice at all .Theres always way to provide replacement towards orders and this lady didn’t even budge to provide it .It was a straight forward no.I even felt bad for my Uber Eats delivery guy ,he was so nice and he didn’t deserve that .The store would’ve been a better place if she wasn’t there .She didn’t even bother calling my number saying products ran out, just waited for the driver to come and waste his gas and tell him no. What’s the use of it being on the menu if you ain’t gonna provide it.Whats the purpose of another company being part of your store if you’re not going to produce the item .Ive dealt with customer service and I know for the fact how stuff is run but I know damn well I’m polite .
