Baskin-robbins

This Baskin Robbins has improved quite a bit over the past six months to a year. This time I got one of the best looking (and tasting) sundaes I've ever had from a Basin Robbins. The staff are friendly again and I look forward to not having to pass this store to go to others closer to Altamonte Springs like I've been doing in the past. If you had given up on the Apopka Baskin Robbins, it is time for another chance.

Poor service, second time I visit and they don't have brownies. the store closes at 10 at night and barely 6 do not have. There was only one car before me, I ordered a dozen mixed donuts and 2 Sunday. The employee tells us that if we are going to ask for donuts and shortbread, the ideal thing was to get off and order inside. I wonder. So they put a drivethru, if you can't order from the menu? It is something unpleasant for the one as a client that you are going to spend your money on a store because you want something the employees claim you as their you were their boss. They must verify and improve customer service systems.

The ice cream is great but......often some flavors are empty. The service can run from great to feeling like you are bothering them depending on the server. If you are going to sit at the outside tables you might have to share them with a homeless person. They need a camera at the very least looking over that area. Personally I wouldn't sit there without a gun.

Felix made my experience amazing! His co-worker (Kristin I believe) lied about not having pralines and cream Ice cream (not really sure why she felt the need to lie about it 🤷🏽‍♀️) and they did not have waffle bowls or cones. You could definitely tell that they were going through a difficult shift. However Felix's customer service skills were exceptional making the experience a positive one.

Horrible, was was planning my wife's surprise 30th birthday party she was in a severe accident four days prior to that surprise party,knowing that that was the type of cake that she likes they could not make it nor call me nor email me to let me know that it was not prepared. Still have not gotten a refund from either the corporate online ordering or the actual store itself where I went to pick up the cake. Get conflicting stories from corporate telling me that the store should issue me the refund but yet the store owner has yet to call me for days after I filed a complaint with the corporate office.

They were dazed and confused as we asked them for some ice cream. It turns out that they were out of a few flavors as the employee eats the ice cream. I asked for a waffle cone and the employee said ,"We don't have anymore," with ice cream in her mouth. Then someone I knew tried to order a float from the menu and hey, it turns out they couldn't do that either. At least they were breathing so I guess I can give then one star.
