Arby's

Started with a very unmotivated order taker. Then the condiment station looked like a trash container, even after the same order taker came out to refill the paper cups. The ketchup was out. The Coke Zero dispenser pours water all over your hand. The curly fries were undercooked and mushy. On the plus side, the star, the roast beef was good, and the restaurant was clean.

I’m giving this a one out of five stars because you have a one in five chance of this location being open. I understand being short staffed, but at least post a sign that people can easily find. I know what your thinking, you can tell when a place is closed right? Well not here. Often times there are cars in the parking lot and cars waiting in the drive thru. So you think it’s open, but nope. After waiting a few minutes at the box you drive around, just to discover there’s a sign in the window saying they’re closed. We went here on 6/12/22 and found a sign that says they will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays now for anyone wanting to stop by here. Not sure how long this will be for, so unfortunately the only way to find out is by driving all the way out here No clue how this place is even making enough money to stay open at this point.

They're usually pretty good but this time I forgot to add an extra order of crinkle cut fries They wouldn't let me do it from the window. I had to go inside to avoid waiting through the drive through again. It only took a minute to order them and get them but they gave me curly fries instead of crinkle cut fries.

Not terrible, not great either. The manager needs to take the time to train the employees thoroughly so they know what options are available. I asked to substitute onion rings for fries and the kid that was working the register just looked at me blankly looked at the register and just looked back up at me and said we can't do that. Of course I know it can be done because I've been doing it for years.

This was the worst visit to an Arbys that I have ever had. Employees don't know what they are doing. Staff could not get order correct. Tried to tell us we couldn't get an item that they didn't realize was on the menu. Employee on the register seemed to be in and out of conciousness and was completely inept. 0/10 experience. I would not advise anyone to go here. Also, for some reason they couldn't even give us a receipt! Do not go!
