Taco Bell

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I both placed mobile orders. I went to the drive through and sat for about 5 minutes with no answer. Then I tried to go inside and the door was locked. I found an employee outside who was waiting on her manager, who was kust sitting in their car. After 10 more minutes 3 employees walk in and I am motioned to go to the drive through. I wait another 5 minutes only to have them tell me they are not taking orders at this time and are closed. We frequent this Taco Bell often? But not anymore.

3rd time I’ve come here BEFORE closing hours and they say they are closed…an hour+ before they are? When asking employees, they say they have to be out by ten and not open until 10, so the manager can’t schedule people past 10? Not only that but the staff were incredibly rude each time (same staff) Zaxby’s is across the street, open their hours, and doesn’t have a disrespectful staff.

This place is the worst. I don't even know why they keep this taco bell open. The computers are always down, and they're always understaffed. There’s absolutely no reason for this location to be open. Shut it down, it’s ridiculous. It’ll be people in there and they wont say anything, you’ll be sitting there all day. They don’t respond, staff hangs out outside in their cars and outside instead of in the restaurant.

They told me it’s illegal to grill a soft taco. So now mine are cold and they throw me attitude about it. I also asked for extra hot sauce he didn’t hear me just ignored me then manager points at me and he’s like ohhh oh he got me extra sauce, I said thank you he said nothing. Both of em need to find a smile.

Every single time I come here I ask for no sour cream on anything. These people make it there mission to put sour cream on whatever they can I asked for two plain cheese quesadilla and they put that Chipotle sauce on them I hardly got any meat on my tacos the shells were broken and there was a soggy tortilla chip mixed in with the sad little amount of meat they decided to give me. This is the last time I will ever go back to that taco bell. Just because they hate there life doesn't mean they should treat people like this.
