Taco Bell

Employee's were rude and gave me a stank face when I came up to the window with a 50$ bill, that being the only money I had & refused the bill because "3 other people have came in with a 50$ bill"... The fact that I have money and they refuse it is beyond me, I think your store should be able to accommodate if 5 people come in with a 50$ bill... I left very hangry and will not be visiting location again.

It's think they were training a new crew, went in store and used the kiosk to order. Customized a few things and sent the order in. Not only did I get things with tomatoes when I requested no tomato. Besides that I got a burnt crunch wrap that barely filled, mostly because it stuck in the grill and emptied the content all over, they served me that... Over all it was just a bad experience, the only thing that saved it was the quesodilla. Beyond that you'll ask for extra cheese and the bill goes up but not the number of cheese shreds... I'd rather pay more than get this skrinkflation BS. There is a thin line between value and getting taken advantage. I hope my experience isn't the standard or that it was just a fluke accident but this location is often pretty bad... They do seem to always have new people working so maybe they found better people or the ones that stayed learned their job so I'm willing to give them a chance again but not any time soon.

My husband ate here this morning 3/12/22 and got 1 bacon crunch wrap. Within hours he had diarrhea that wont stop. He is very sick. He vows never to eat there again. I know its stereotypical to say TB gives you the runs but it's not funny when it could send you to the er. Whether the food was contaminated or not at right temperature, this would be our warning to others.

I have not had good luck at this location. The drive thru employees are usually friendly, but that is the only positive rating I can give. There have been multiple times where I feel ill after eating at this specific location. I dont know why this is. It is very strange. I don't have any issues at the Monticello Taco Bell! Unfortunately, this is the location along my usual route. However, not even the local convenience will persuade me to stop in anymore, at this point. My orders have been consistently unacceptable for as long as I can remember. Last visit, I specifically added sour cream to my chili cheese burritos, and ended up with more lettuce in the burrito than the sour cream **I PAID EXTRA FOR! Lettuce isnt even supposed to be in those cooked burritos to begin with!!! Ick! I will include a picture with my extra sour cream. I had ordered 4 of these chili cheese burritos. This is the burrito that - by far - had the *MOST* sour cream inside. It was all squirted on to one end, so half of the burrito was bare. Remember: this was the BEST ONE I received. Not acceptable when I paid extra for these! I dislike to complain about food at an already cheaply-priced fast food joint, but this has gone on consistently for so long; and in comparison to other Taco Bell locations, it is the worst experience all around. Please check out the Monticello location if you care to experience the difference.

By default of being a Taco Bell you automatically get 3 stars. BUT, at this locations my orders are always messed up or the food is cold. Nevermind, that's EVERY location. I wish Taco Bell would stop changing the menu every 5 seconds. I miss some of the old items. I will still go back and spend $50+ again. No joke. They always tell me I order a ton.
