Penalty Box

Went there for a late lunch one Sunday. While there were not a lot of people in the place, we found the service very good and prompt. The decor was your typical sports bar scene, which is acceptable. This is not a expensive sit down restaurant. I had heard that their burgers are very good and they are. I am picky with burgers and their burgers are very good. I will definitely go back there.

This is a neighborhood bar that you wouldn't go out of your way to go to. But ya know what? They have VERY good burgers!!! And VERY nice bartenders! I have my three favorite staff members and when I need something, I'm not afraid to call out or go up to our waitress. Yes, wait service at the tables can be slow, but not always. Dancing there is ok, but the dance floor is super small, they'd be better off taking out the dividing wall, but that may be a retaining wall, idk. It's clean and they have all the usual things, pull tabs, bands on weekends, a jute box, bar bingo and good specials. The overhead music is usually way too loud though.

This place has the worse customer service . It was my first time walking into the place because I heard that their burgers were really good. We walked in for the first time me and my teenage son and did not know if we should seat ourselves or what? One of the server saw us and walked right by, not even a smile or even a hello. All the tables were full except the one by the entry door that we can see where we did not want to eat dinner. So we approach the bar and asked if we could sit here? just to have dinner? and the mean bleach ugly blonde hair was so rude and said i'm sure there are tables where you can sit!!!! I immediately turned around and left. Funny how I can see other reviews and this blonde was also mention. How does she still work there? I then called to talked to the manager and who ever this person was did not even apologize or felt symphothetic. All she said was ok I'll talk to her about it and got off the phone. I don't care how good their food can be but I will never spend a penny there because there is no customer service. They were just rude. I will not recommend this restuarant to anyone because of my terrible exsperience.

I've gone here a couple times and the service is absolutely horrible every time. They are extremely rude, and very slow. You ask for a drink and they dissappear into the back for 15 min. I just called there to order food for take out and the lady who answered the phone hung up on me. On top of it, their drinks are rediculously over priced
