Canceled my order of boneless wings but they forgot to take it off my total. Called them back the next day about it and one of the workers named Jeremy went out his way and sent out an apology letter along with a free pizza coupon.

Worst experience at a Casey's I've ever had. EVER. Rude employees, the two there just now asked for my ID when purchasing lottery tickets, not a problem. Not even two hours later, I went in, and I was again asked for ID. I did in fact leave my purse at home that time, clearly they just carded me and know I'm for a fact over 18. "That's our policy" and a good eyeroll was what I got. But, No biggy, I left and asked my fiance to run and grab them for me quick, right before he got to the door they shut the lights off on him. And refused to make a sale and still 3 minutes before they close. I've been going to Casey's since high school and just recently moved closer to this one and it's sad that I have to say I will NEVER go back to this location.

Upon walking in the store I was greeted with large smiles and happy hellos from the lovely ladies behind the counter. They were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this convenience store if your looking to have your mood lifted or even just a good slice of pizza...

Would rate less if I could. Staff are RUDE!!!! there is no paychecks if people stop going here due to rude staff... I didnt choose to work here they did. If you hate your job QUIT and let someone that can do the job with a smile take your spot

First time I stopped for pizza and they were out, asked to make more and they roll their eyes at me. Good pizza but customer service not so much.

I love Casey's, but since they are undereducated on tobacco and they think the new Camel Royals are the same thing as Camel Turkish Royal and stoped carrying the Turkish Royal, so since I can't get my smokes there I go across the street to BP and they get my two red bulls, two candy bars and two pack of smoke order.
