Wendy's

I went to Wendy's for the first time in several years. I stopped eating there not because their food wasn't good but because it was cold every time I ate there. Whether it was during the day or if was at night, it was always cold and for the prices they charge I decided to stop wasting my money. So hoping after all these yrs that something had changed i stopped in for a bite - but to my dismay I was wrong. I paid almost $10 for a combo meal which consisted of barely warm fries and a cold hamburger(which was special ordered) so there is no excuse at all for my burger to be cold. I won't be wasting my money there anymore.

I would give it a negative if I could. I have noticed their declining business and I know why!...I ordered a spicy chicken (along with several other items) thru the drive-thru line and after waiting almost 20 minutes, I was given a cold, disgusting looking maple bacon chicken sandwich instead. When I told them it was the wrong, I heard the cook making a loud sigh and handed me a spicy chicken sandwich in the same wrapper the cold maple chicken sandwich was in. And the wrapper was crinkled and torn. Disgusting. I went inside and got a refund on the entire order. The inside cashier was very nice and apologized. I then drove to Wendy's across from Oxford Wal-Mart where the employees are super nice and respectful to their customers. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I would not advise anyone to go to Anniston's Wendy's! They give the franchise a very bad name!

We got in drove thru,ordered and was ask to pull up. We did 15 minutes later a lady brings us our order fries ice cold, I ask what took so long and was told they forgot us, they pulled ever car up that ordered thru drive thru, 5 or 6 cars at a time..I ask for my money back but was informed they didn't do that. I told her as long as I waited I wanted hot fries not ice cold fries, hamburgers was cold!!!!! Won't be back

Fourth time in a row I order large they definitely make sure to charge for it and never gave what was ordered. I finally go back and the manager or whoever has an attitude can’t even come to the window when requested and gave the wrong thing again purposely. Who is above the manager here? Worked today 08/7/2021

I enjoy Wendy’s and their products, but this location needs work. The lobby was filthy. Both times we ordered burgers they came smooshed, oozing condiments, with an off taste to them. And when we used the drive through the employee was preoccupied with conversing with another employee she got our order half wrong. The employees were nice enough but this place needs work.

Ordered a double stack. The meat was pink. Took it back to register. The Manager that Saturday night (1.23.21)told me she had a new person on the grill. But she was outside talking to a man in A ford truck the whole time we waited on our order. Long story short... 2nd double stack was pink also. I threw it away. And will not eat there again. I got very sick.. One of the worst food experiences I've ever had.
