I went to Wendy's for the first time in several years. I stopped eating there not because their food wasn't good but because it was cold every time I ate there. Whether it was during the day or if was at night, it was always cold and for the prices they charge I decided to stop wasting my money. So

Fourth time in a row I order large they definitely make sure to charge for it and never gave what was ordered. Had a few bad situations concerning the apple pecan salad with things being missing or chicken not fresh... I called and talked to the store manager and she was very nice and professional. She went over and beyond to apologize and fix what others had done wrong concerning the salads.
