Mcdonald's

I don't eat fast food often , but , today the breakfast was exceptionally good and delicious- the cashier was a little snippy , but , I acted politely and did sass her back. The were especially busy this morning for some weird reason, but , it wasn't that bad. But , I've been trying to get a job here for the past five years and the manager always says ," Of we need someone to fill your position we will call you ." And they never call and when you do call to check on the status of your application the manager's always off that day or they hang up .

So Nikki who said she was a manager 3/4/22 10:00 pm well I called because my daughter had six piece chicken nugget with fries well when I got the fries they were soggy as if someone had spilled something on them. Well as I explained it to Nikki she rudely at like she did not care as she told me that she was not going to give me nothing that I would have to wait till tomorrow afternoon. So I can politely ask to speak with a manager and she said that she was the manager so I continue to ask her name and she refused to tell me and then she hung up on me well I did call back and no answer this lady Nikki is a rude person she does not need to be a manager

The last few times I’ve been there was absolutely terrible. I ordered and paid for 6 Double cheeseburgers and they gave me 6 regular cheeseburgers and then when my dad called to complain, the girl got an attitude and said “I bagged it myself and you only ordered 5 McDoubles. If you wanna come back, I’ll give you the other McDouble.” We didn’t order McDoubles. We ordered double cheeseburgers and paid for double cheeseburgers. The time before that, we were harassed by a man in the lobby who was obviously on drugs meanwhile the staff did nothing. I think I’d rather drive to Jacksonville or golden springs from now on. This place is straight up garbage.

The drive through employees are extremely rude. My order was missing a small fry. They told me I had to go back around and order the small fry and pay for it again. One girl at the first window seen that was wrong and made it to where I didn't have to pay again. The 2 or 3 girls that was at the pick up window pitched a fit about a small fry and was completely rude to me over something they didn't put in my bag.i do not recommend this McDonald's ever!

The night manager tonight suggested that me, my brother, and a friend of ours was up to no good and even spoke to us and said " y'all best not be doing nothing stupidoit here in this parking lot cause my brother & I had to wait for our friend to arrive so we all could go in & have a little 11 pm meal together. She only said this once our friend arrived and we was getting out of our vihicles. This was said after she put a cone in the drive-thru at the speaker so she could come out and smoke a cigarette with another employee while complaining of not having no staff to show up at work so she does it all and if she continues to do so then she will also cone it up when she needs her "breaks" too. Um Doing this she ran off two customers pulling up to order and when they asked why are they not taking orders she replied "because we just aint right now come back later and they will be happy to serve them then. Wow ive seen a lot of stuff in my days but this is something different here. Idk I feel bad that her day must have been hard but to just assume that we was dealers or buyers was off the chain. Lol May the Good Lord bless her. Thanks for letting me share my experiences with all of you. If anyone comes to mcdonalds in lenlock then dont go at nite. They just might suppect your up to some dirt too in her parking lot

They are so worried about keeping a low serve time they just pull up every single order, they usually have 5+ cars pulled up waiting, they can’t keep track of who ordered what because they’ve already cleared it off their screens. Management should stop focusing on cheating the serve time numbers and focus on getting the right food to the right customer.
