I've eaten at Wiseguys twice when passing through Oxford. Once a year ago and just the other day. Both times it was PHENOMENAL! Garlic knots were the go to appetizer both times and did not disappoint. Pizza is solid as well. Hand tossed crust is light and crispy with great flavor. Toppings tasted fresh and we're plentiful. Service was friendly and attentive. If I'm ever back this way again from Kansas, we'll definitely be stopping !

I've ordered from Wise guys once before and the Chicago style pizza was amazing! I'm a truck driver and this time I ordered it to be delivered to my truck which is parked behind the truck stop. I've had problems with places not delivering to me in my truck before, so I checked the status of my order and all it said was closed. I was confused and thinking that maybe they wouldn't deliver it to my truck, but I called and spoke with Destiny. She was absolutely amazing and incredibly sweet and she explained that there was no problem with them delivering it to the truck. The status of "closed" just meant that they didn't have to re-enter it into their system. This place is great and I would highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys pizza. The Chicago style pizza is absolutely amazing! Also, they're truck driver friendly which is pretty cool too!

This was out first time here. First thing I noticed was I was charged more for the pizza than was posted on the online menu (can't remember what the menu in store said). When I ordered boneless wings the server asked what flavor and if we wanted celery, chips or fries with them. This was a first for me, normally you would just get celery. My son likes fries so we chose that. Then they charged me for the fries!! If they didn't come with it why did you ask me which I wanted with them!? I wouldn't have gotten anything had I known they were going to charge extra! I ordered a glass of wine which I sent back and declined any other drink. The wine was poured from an open bottle in the cooler that had obviously been opened for quite some time as it was acidic. My son eats pizza and boneless wings every Friday of the year, it's his thing. After one piece of pizza and a couple of bites of chicken he was done. That's unusual, he normally would finish the chicken and eat several slices of pizza but I understood, I couldn't finish one slice of pizza myself. Not impressed. As far as the service it was acceptable. We were the only customers in the building. There were two customers who came in to pick up to go orders while we were there and that was it. This was between 8:30 & 9 on a Friday night. At over $27 for a 12" one topping pizza, 6 piece wings and a drink, not good. Oh, and the fries I was charged for that were presented as an included side! The restaurant came recommended, for what, I haven't figured out. The place being deserted on a Friday night should have been a red flag.

Stopped in on a rainy night. Place was empty, but they did have plenty of call in orders. Hubby ordered a pizza and wings for us. Pizza was okay, but wings were great! Have it a lower star rating because our waitress disappeared for over twenty minutes and finally another girl asked if we needed anything.

Been here three times and LOVE IT. It smells AMAZING the moment you crack open the door. Like, you just KNOW your tummy is about to be so, so happy. I'm on a medically necessary liquid diet, and the staff treats me with respect and courtesy ( and naturally, a little shock) when I inform them I'm not going to be eating, but my fiancée will. They are so very nice about it! A few servers have asked about my protein drinks but NONE of them have asked me to put it away or throw it out. Now to the food. The glorious food. This menu is CRAZY BIG and you can get a slice of ANY KIND OF PIZZA YOU WANT. The menu is really easy to read, and it will definitely make you hungry just to look over it. The food that I've tasted was BRILLIANT. Truly. Huge portions, moderate prices. Just great.

Let me start by saying that the only reason i rated them 4 out of 5 stars is because the delivery service they choose to use (mymobilewaiter) is absolutely awful! My experience with them was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a delivery service. I was charged a $6 mandatory gratuity, as well as a $3 delivery fee and the prices were inflated on their website totalling nearly $20 in fees to get it delivered, to top that off I was quoted over 76 minutes to get food from a restaurant 3.0 miles from my home. After an hour our delivery time was delayed further. When we spoke with the driver we were informed that they picked up our food and instead of dropping it off at our house 3 miles away, went ALL THE WAY TO ANNISTON TO PICK UP AN ORDER PLACED AFTER OURS and deliver to them. I called the restaurant to confirm that it had been picked up and was told it had been picked up over half an hour ago, meaning our food was in this persons car for over half an hour while other patrons were prioritized ahead of us and would be stone cold by the time we got it. The owner was no help at all and they stopped answering our calls, so we left and decided to go get something else since they couldn't handle a simple delivery. They wanted to charge us nearly $20 extra to get food delivered and then couldn't even get it to us in a decent amount of time. With that being said, this time my sister and I decided to come into the restaurant and eat. I got "The Gambino" Calzone and my sister got "The Meathead" and we were not disappointed! The crust was rolled out thin and was very flavorful, the alfredo sauce with the mozzarella and spinach with meatballs in mine was a great combination and it was so big i could only eat half, I'm having the other half for lunch today. Our server was friendly and quick to get to us, the orders were correct and you could tell they were made with fresh dough. All in all i will be back and will be happy to suggest to my guests at work where to go to get a delicious calzone and pizza, I'll just tell them to avoid their delivery service.

My first time there was at about 8pm. I ordered a Pizza from the only person working up front. After about 25 minutes, I had to interrupt him talking about nothing important to ask him to check on my pizza. I made the mistake of asking if I added a child spaghetti, will it ruin the pizza, and he assured me that it wouldn’t. He goes back and tells the cook. After another solid 25 minutes, I interrupted him again and asked about my food. If I had to bet, I would wager that the cook dropped the spaghetti pasta in the boiling water and walked off to do closing time work. After another 5-10 minutes, I got my food. I should of checked everything before I left. When I returned home, the pasta was mushy and very nasty. The Pizza was cold and obvious that it’s been sitting around. I’ve sent two emails via their website and heard nothing back either time. I eat a lot of pizza, just not from there. IN RESPONSE TO OWNER ON 11/16/18: I should have been more clear on the date, it happened a while back (months), just didn't consider leaving a Google Review until the opportunity popped-up. I've worked in the food industry for a good bit and recognize these things happen, even though the cook had to have known how long the noodles cooked and seen how mushy they were & there was no way that both the cook and server didn't know how long the pizza had been sitting there. My biggest problem has to do with the lack of response when I tried to make contact via the web page. I'm sure this isn't normal practice, the other customers seemed happy. The place was clean and server nice.
