seriously worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I wish corporate would start from scratch with this location, maybe one employee is nice here and I don’t even think she works there anymore. We come here all the time because it’s the closest location and we have never had our order given to us correctly. Just went through tonight and got a nacho fries box and they dumped our fries face down in the bag, then instead of the two regular soft shell tacos we ordered with the box they gave us a taco with a handful of Jalapeños a piece of steak and a dust of lettuce and cheese. And we couldn’t even go to get it fixed because they never gave us a receipt.

Me and my family uses the Taco Bell location in Severna Park for many years before this location was built and operated.
This Location is more modern. The culture in Annapolis is very good, Taco Bell is doing a great job.

The food is well made. When I order from doordash the taco bell employees forget to put the sauce in the bag every time I order. For me the taco isn't the same without the sauce

Update: service speed has greatly improved over the past few months. And inside has been open for a while.
Due to understaffing, they are only allowing drive through and pre orders. Don't show up expecting to walk in and order.

They're not the fastest, especially after 9pm, but the food is always accurate and not just thrown in the bag. Hard tacos are never split, and the lady night manager is always extremely helpful and super sweet.

30 min wait for 5 tacos. They couldn't care about the customers. Then one taco was all lettuce and cheese . I've seen dead people move faster.

Went in to order for take out. Got the receipt
As a text and she kept asking me for my name which I had mentioned many times and 35 min later my order was done. 35 MINUTES for a small order for 2. Very upsetting.

First time. Took a friend through the drive through. He stated he loves your but was disappointed that he could only get 2 orders of your new chicken wings. I personally don't eat there as I had a bad experience at another site several years ago.
