Bella Italia

I’ve never had such a horrendous experience with a pizza place. I paid for pepperonis which I never received and the pizza arrived uncut and completely undercooked. The cheese in the middle wasn’t even really melted. Crust was bad. I ordered fries and it barely even filled the bottom of the container they put them in. When I called the person on the phone was rude and refused to help at all. I asked for pepper flakes and Parmesan on the side and he continued to tell me he sent it until I said we never got it and then said they were all out of Parmesan and pepper flakes. Never ordering here again. I’d advise anyone else to steer clear as well. I paid $30 for something that was entirely inedible.

I ate at Bella Italia tonight and I ordered a sandwich with no onions and no tomatoes. The sandwich came with tomatoes and the staff did nothing to compensate me while I dinned in and ate. I picked the tomatoes off and ate because I was hungry but where was their hospitality when they got my simple order wrong… No toilet paper in either restrooms and the cleanliness of the restaurant was far from Godly! Employees also talk amongst themselves like customers haven’t a clue what their saying. Think again Bella Italia.

Ordered the Sicilian pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers+ LIGHT cheese (they failed a bit on the LIGHT cheese front, and I would hate to see what a normal amount of cheese is, but it was a bit too much for us). Otherwise, it was gigantic and very good! Even though it was a Sicilian, which has thick crust, the crust was not chewey and all bready like some others. The crust was thick but crunchy and very very tasty! Had a lot of leftovers from 4 people. They also have pizza by the slice. Pic is our leftovers.
