Ordered a few things tonight including this Hot and Sour soup. This place has never been that great to begin with but today marked our end. There was a cockroach in the soup. This has never happened before but it happened today. We’re pretty disgusted and disappointed with the sanitation of todays experience. Don’t want to be detrimental to the business but I hope they take this opportunity to really clean this up.

The staff is wonderful and the food is wonderful. The first time I went, I had accidentally placed an order at another Joyluck restaurant. After arriving and realizing this mistake, I cancelled the other order and they cooked up my food in less than five minutes.
The two staff members always kept a smile on their faces and were extremely welcoming. 5/5

Terrible service. 1. The person who took order Spoke very poor English. It was almost impossible to communicate. 2. They said they were very busy and it took 1 hour for delivery but pick up would have been 10 min. 3. The delivery person was really Rood yelled at me for not coming down quickly (I came down 4 min after I received a call). 4. There were no forks knifes and napkins in the bag (and we told them that were are staying in the hotel!). I really don’t recommend this place. 2 stars are for ok food.

This was my first time ordering from joy luck and I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The shrimp that was in the shrimp egg foo young were overcooked. The fried dumplings were perfectly cooked to a golden brown and the other side was burned. The only positive about Joy Luck is that they were linked with Door Dash for delivery.

I ordered crab Rangoon, scallops and shrimp in garlic sauce and hot and sour soup. This is by the far the worst take out Chinese I’ve ever had. The Soup was all liquid and not fresh. The crab Rangoon had no meat or cheese and the garlic sauce dish only had onions as the vegetable. Disgusting. Stay away. Not worth your money.

This place Is terrible! Worst customer service. We did take out and they forgot 1/2 my order. When I called them, some "woman" (I have better terms to use, but can't) yelled at me that I was wrong because she can't keep my order straight. Her excuse was "we are busy". So...I pay for a full meal, and only get half because she was "busy". She then sends the delivery guy out 35 min later to bring what she had forgotten. Don't waste your time.
