Pretty good hamburger. Crab soup was cold. Salad a bit limp. Interesting place. You go to the cashier to order. No service. No signs indicating no service, and employees are not going to tell you either. Not high on my recommed list.

Such a fun and eclectic place for fast casual dining. The Benedict chicken waffle was amazing!! Nice and savory and hit the spot. We also tried the cat's head biscuits and gravy and beignets. What a wonderful Cafe that serves fantastic comfort food!!

Great dinner last night at grumps. Loved the bacon Bloody Mary. Loved the Avocado Tuna salad with blue cheese crumbles added. We were all happy. I suggest a return of the Lady Coast Melt to the menu - still a favorite since they have made it for me when I have asked. 💖 Grumps.

We are visiting from out of town and came across this restaurant for lunch. We thought this would be different. First, we sat down and was I shocked at the prices! I ordered a chicken salad with salad and my wife ordered a BLT with a side of potatoe salad and with with 2 soft drinks it was 34.91! What? Ordered a chocolate shake and cost almost 7 dollars. Also, other than bringing out the food there was no more service form the staff.
Had to ask them to come get our plates out of the way. Food was okay but was way overpriced!

Good food and locally owned and operated. Highly recommend the cats head biscuit and gravy. The breakfast melt is also delicious. It gets very busy on the weekend.

A great spot for breakfast or lunch! My husband went years ago and he said it hasn't changed much from then. We went for breakfast and got the "cathead" biscuits and gravey and the Irish benedict to try. Both were wonderful and portions were so generous that we had plenty to take home. Also got an order of biegnets to go and split one before me left. So delicious and crispy! My favorite thing was the adorable numbered duck that they put out at our table. You pay and order at the counter and the coffee was self serve, hot and delicious. I love that relaxed style of dining. Found a new favorite breakfast location.
