This restaurant is clean, fully staffed and the employees are friendly. The lobby is open. I had breakfast there and ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes thru the mobile app for dine in. It was quick and the food is as expected from MCDs. The.radio is playing with a relaxing atmosphere.

We ordered curbside pickup. We ended up waiting 20 minutes and nothing came. We called an no one answered the phone. Finally had to go inside and there was the order sitting. The young lady told us, "we're short staffed and had non one to run it out " and she walked off.
This is a poor excuse. If you don't have the manpower to fulfill your options, then turn off the ability to order curbside from your app! We ordered because we had appts to be at.

Worst service.
Went to the drive thrum they parked me for 26 minutes. (If I wanted to wait that long I would have gone to a real restaurant)
They bring out the food. The fries and burger were cold and felt like they sat there for the 26 minutes I waited. Only thing that was still warm was the chicken sandwich I ordered. No receipt was given upon paying nor with the order when delivered. And two days again they closed at 10pm instead of 11pm as noted in their schedule.
This store needs lots of work.

This is the second time that they screwed up an order. The first was no hash browns, This time I ordered a bottle of water paid for it then get my order with no bottled water. They said that they were out of bottled water. They offered a cup of water. I said that I paid for a bottle of water and wanted a refund. They weren’t willing to do that at the drive up. I would’ve had to go inside. I already waited 10 minutes.
The manager should be fired for selling product that they don’t have.

Had a coupon for a free burger from rewards and they still charged us for the burger. The manager was not very helpful at all and did not honor the coupon and refused give our money back. This wss 5/4/22. We are not coming back until something is done about this. This is very unacceptable!! And very unprofessional.

This McDonald really need a good management team. There coffee is tasteless( they don’t know how to make a coffee) . Always give wrong orders and it’s not one time. Hopefully management or owner will take this complain seriously.

Food is fine and service is quick, but apparently this is considered a "large." I've never seen something so ridiculous. Will definitely be holding up the line (sorry other customers) to check EVERYTHING in this bag if I come back.
Yes, this is exactly how it came out of the bag (no one ate any before this picture, and there was only one or two fries at the bottom of the bag, so it's not like this tipped over and dumped half the thing in the bag).
