Normally decent coffee. Strongly depends on who is behind the counter. This past trip I got a cold drink when I order a hot latte (in the hot cup, the milk just wasn’t steamed properly or something) and the taste was off. People making the drinks were chatting and not paying attention. Normally I wouldn’t care but when I pay $4 I expect to at least get a warm drink that tastes good.

Mediocre, still better than Starbucks

Quality is okay. Timeliness is poor. Either severely understaffed or poorly trained. Took over 12 minutes to get an espresso beverage, and the staff wasnt working on any orders for at least 10 of those minutes.

Terrible capuccino. Was not even warm. The person making it had no experience. Was asking his partner for instructions as he prepared.

Customer service is horrendous, but I guess that is to be expected when you have the privilege of having minimal business competition on campus. If you are in a hurry to get to classes, do not waste your time waiting in line here.
Additionally, whoever slices the bagels in the morning is either plastered drunk or has a high degree of vision impairment. At first I laughed at this incompetency, but now I am saddened by it.
This café is in desperate need of new management.

My family and I had the 6 course meal for Chinese New Year! The food was amazing and the service is wonderful. It includes complimentary valet parking. The dress code required guys to were a suit jacket. My cousins forgot to bring theirs. We panicked, but fortunately they offer their own ones.

Every time we stop here their coffee was cold. Also very rude staff, especially the so called "manager" Nadia Wallance. We asked her for additional cup as our hot tea was very hot and we need to pour some water out. She refuses that as the time passes by 6 o'clock and they are closed. Very unprofessional and rude!

Mujo's coffee shop, on the first floor of the University of Michigan's Duderstadt Center, is the most popular coffee shop on north campus. They have a decent selection of pastries, sandwiches, drinks, and other munchables. The worst part is that they have pretty standard Ann Arbor prices, so high. The best part is that they have good coffee and if you bring your own container, it's only a $1. Because it is student staffed, there is frequent turnover, so you can sometimes get someone who isn't sure what you are ordering, but the staff is very friendly and hard working, so it's hard to hold this against them. Overall, this is a really nice on-campus coffee shop.
