Salads Up

Great, fresh food, a lot of options, and most of all the best service! I didn't fully catch the employees name, but I think it may have been Stacy. Another employee came in, named Mary, and I believe she greeted her with "Stacy." Either way, she was quick, kind, efficient, and went the extra mile to make my first experience at Salads Up Briarwood a great one! I got the Goddess Bowl, and it was very good! I will be coming back, and highly recommended for anyone visiting the mall.

I usually go to this location. But never again, I called to ask if it was possible to get my food made before hand, since I was rushing and on my way to a meeting. Not to mention, I’ve had this done twice, since I am a loyal customer and I usually tip. I spoke with Stacy and she was being very condescending and rude. I specifically remember her saying “We are like subway for salads, you can not get your food made before hand. I’ll do it this time but this is it, okay?”. First of all, you are a customer service based, fast food joint. You should have learned to never tell a customer “no”, you just do what they ask. Either way, you’re still making money and getting paid. Hence, “the customer is always right”. Secondly, when I picked my items out, she had an attitude and said “we don’t have any of that, we have a new menu”. She needs better training on customer service because her attitude was atrocious. I’ll stick to the Downtown location.

I've been here a couple times, everything is fresh and delicious. One time it was really busy and they we're just opening the location and my salad got switched with the person behind me halfway through on accident .It was phenomenal, Even better than my original order, wish I could remember what was in it. Haha .Hasn't happened since that first day though and I love the goddess bowl and kale Cesar. I'll be back a million times .Yum
