We loved the experience of the picnic on the last Saturday of the month! Such a fun and lively celebration for people of all ages and backgrounds. Great food, drinks, and entertainment.

Come and experience the majesty of German potatoes, draft beer and pretzels. Beer by the bucket is the best deal and the music and dancing is fun

6 Stars☆☆☆☆☆☆😍 really awesome! I have never been a friend of mine told me and we went. Had a blast! The German dancers one of them threw a hat and it landed right on my buddies head and that's the pic! They got the beer they got the food they got the people and it's all good in the German Hood!

When German Park opens to the public on the third Saturdays of June, July, and August, it’s always a great time. The food is awesome... German staples including Knockwurst (my favorite), Brats, German potato salad, spatzen, and of course 🍻! Early in the afternoon/evening it’s family friendly (kids love the polka music and dancing). No credit cards accepted... bring cash! A family of 4 can have a good time and try everything for around $80-$100.

Just great. A FAMILY FRIENDLY place that emphasizes the Best of German culture with a heavy dose of Bavaria. 3 Public Picnics per year - June-July-August on the last Saturday. Admission $5 with photo ID and under 12 FREE. Authentic food, music and dancing. A separate smoking area set aside from the eating and merry-making. Oh, and BEER.

One of our favorite summer spots. Just wish it was open more often! An Oktoberfest celebration at the end of September would be awesome! As would a Weihnachtsmarkt in late November or early December!

We went to a wedding with about 500 guests and it was fantastic. There was plenty of space to socially distance. Lots of spaces and games for kids. If you are looking for a venue to hold a lot of people and you like a laid back outdoorsy feel, this is a great choice.
